Trang trí phòng óc sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, gần trung tâm, đi lại dễ dàng
Nhân viên tiếp tân không nhiệt tình trong lần check in. Nói chuyện không vui vẻ hay hỗ trợ khách không rõ ràng làm khách cảm thấy khó chịu.
Không được thanh toán bằng thẻ trong khi có thể thanh toán thẻ cho khách. Và nói với khách là chị có chịu tiền phí thẻ đâu mà tụi em phải chịu. Làm cho khách không thoải mái. Tôi thì không quan trọng bên khách sạn chi phí trả như thế nào miễn sao khách trả đúng số tiền. Cuối cùng nói khách chuyển khoản.
Ngoài ra, khi nhắn tin khách qua tin nhắn hỏi khách có thể huỷ phòng không thông qua booking không.
Nên nếu các bạn có quan tâm chỗ nghỉ này thì nên cân nhắc
The location and ignition impression of the hotel aesthetics. It's quiet and peaceful
Day Staff was unattentive and uncooperative.. in three nights, there was no attempt to clean the room. The bathroom flooded because of badly installed sloping floor tile which took hours to dry.
Stable fast internet for Da Lat! They have kind of co-working corner as well. So good for digital nomads.
One thing to ask is more western foods..but coffee they have is actually already pretty good option considering is not expensive 5star hotel with own restaurant.
Comfy and convenient 👍😄 good water pressure and hot water also nice here.
24h reception is nice plus. Nice atmosphere with good view in cafeteria/lobby

One of my favorite stays in Vietnam. I had the private room with the bathtub and it was gorgeous. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Good security, always someone present. Clean rooms, bed schouwer. Wide bed's Fine price for stay and scooter rental. Location is fine, less noisy in a more calm neighborhood.
Did not feel welkoming by (most) staff. What sets a bid of the tone for me.
Also, were spraying chemicals throughout the building (for mosquitoes) by a man wearing a mask. I mentioned that this might not be good for health, to stay in the dorm, especially since there is no window for fresh air. I didn't feel taken seriously, even started laughing as a reaction. Might be good to have been informed before.

The room may be slightly smaller than the photos suggest but it’s still pretty spacious.
Хороший милый отель. Брали этот номер из-за видовой ванны, важно было провести тут первую брачную ночь. Сам номер маленький. Собираться на свадьбу тут было бы неудобно, с трудом нашла где повесить платье. Краситься пришлось в трудных световых условиях - зеркало в ванной только и оно маленькое, свет от ламп очень грубый. В остальном всё отлично. Спать было удобно. Ванна для двоих прекрасного размера. Но окно в номере только одно и маленькое, поэтому было жарковато ночью. Персонал очень классный. Дали вазочку для моего свадебного букета.

Io e mio marito abbiamo preso la camera con vista e vasca in camera, molto bella e comoda per un bagno serale! Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile e l'hotel è a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.
La camera non ha tende che coprono l'intera finestra e il mattino c'è tantissima luce già alle 6.00
