Comfortable and value for money. Parking and bus routes and pub open for a night cap when returning.
Pros:

Suitable pub accommodation which suited our needs whilst visiting relatives in the area. Used the bus service to get to Sidmouth and back as on the doorstep.
Very comfortable and clean bedroom.

Cons:

Building is a bit in need of repair and general maintenance.

Attent, behulpzaam en vriendelijk team.
Mijn kamer was prima: kraaknette lakens en handdoeken, zeer goed bed, goede douche en geen last van lawaai.
Ik heb er 2x gegeten (geen ontbijt): lekkere maaltijden en met goede producten bereid.

Great overnight stay.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food and drink were excellent. The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was a bit quiet, but as we stayed mid-week we weren't worried by that. We were told it livens up a lot at weekends!

Cons:

The only downside was the location a busy road.

We had a great, relaxing stay and will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom with a great waterfall shower. Food was delicious (both breakfast and evening meals). All round great value for money.
