Good stay! Clean. Welcoming. Just outdated.
Pros:

We really liked Ranjan at the hotels restaurant for the evening service. This young man went above and beyond with the best service we’ve had in a long long time. Thank you very much Ranjan. The hotel welcome was excellent! Greeted with welcome scarves, delicious tea, cold towels, and they showed us and gave us two options for the room. Nice room with a good view, even though a lot of it was outdated. Excellent front desk service though.

Cons:

We didn’t like how rundown the hotel was. The huge gaps in between the windows just allowed air to go directly outside. Including bugs, like our friendly grasshopper on our pillow. The towel holder was almost completely ripped off the wall, the door wouldn’t stay open. Just needs a solid upgrade. The pool needs a serious upgrade as well, and it seems like during off-season, these businessmen are just there to smoke near it causing not the best ambience for our four year-old and us. The morning breakfast is not great, the timing and service at morning for the complementary breakfast leaves lots to be desired. Labeled as a five star hotel, we would label it as a solid, three or four star.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Very nice hotel, big quiet room, nice swimming pool, good breakfast, very friendly staff, they arrange airport pick up if needed, at good price. Very close to the historical center, maybe 10 minutes on foot. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Thank you for the present!

Ligging, direct nabij de oude stad Bhaktapur.

Cons:

Eigenlijk was alles erg goed, alleen de gym viel me tegen, weinig apparaten en niet alles werkte. Maar verder een heel goed hotel, goede faciliteiten en vriendelijk personeel.

El hotel es muy bonito, además el personal muy amable y atentos en todo. Era mi cumpleaños y me hicieron varios regalos, un bolso preciso y luego trajeron unas torta con mi nombre y todos me cantaron feliz cumpleaños. Espectacular todo!!!

Overall, the stay was very comfortable and peaceful.
Pros:

The staff was very hospitable. They tried to make my stay very pleasant. The hotel was very clean and Nepali thali was great.

Cons:

The food options in the breakfast were very limited. The room did not have a locker to keep the valuables, iron box and pegs in the bathroom to hang the towels/ clothes.
