Dobra lokacija, idealan za jednodnevne boravke.
Pros:

Dobra lokacija, odlično pozicionirana. U blizini je tramvajski prevoz, a može se i pešice vrlo brzo stići do centra grada. Odmah pored su menjačnica, prodavnice, kafić, park, drogerija.

Cons:

Parking je veliki nedostatak, s obzirom na lokaciju, treba jasno naglasiti da je najbolje parkirati u nekoj od javnih garaža koje se nalaze u blizini. Ja sam parkirao na parkingu koji koriste uposlenici Bolnice "Sveti Sava" i imao veliki problem pri izlasku. Dakle, objekat jasno mora naglasiti da je najbolje koristiti javne parkinge, odnosno garaže. Ne preporučujem parking koji se nalazi iza objekta, odnosno, parking Bolnice "Sveti Sava".
