Wij hebben hier eigenlijk nog geen volledige dag verbleven, omdat we diezelfde nacht rond 02:00 uur alweer vlogen. Toch hebben we in de korte tijd dat we er waren een erg goede indruk gekregen.
Een groot pluspunt is dat de receptie 24/7 bemand is. Dit was het enige hotel tijdens onze reis door Albanië waar we dit hebben meegemaakt en voor ons was dit vanwege ons late vertrek ontzettend handig. De jongeman die 's middags bij de receptie werkte, was enorm vriendelijk, behulpzaam en sprak uitstekend Engels.
De kamer was netjes, modern en ruim. Ook de ligging is erg goed: de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Tirana zijn allemaal op loopafstand.
Eigenlijk hebben we weinig aan te merken op ons korte verblijf. Een klein minpunt was dat de koelkast op de kamer niet echt koud werd.
Daarnaast is parkeren bij het hotel wat lastiger. Er is geen eigen parkeerplaats, waardoor je de auto langs de straat moet parkeren en zelf een geschikte plek moet zien te vinden. Voor gasten die met de auto komen, is dit iets om rekening mee te houden.

La struttura necessita di manutenzione: ci sono muri scrostati, i bagni hanno bisogno di nuovi lavandini e nuovi specchi. La hall dell’hotel risulta malandata. Abbiamo chiesto info per parcheggiare nostra auto ci è stato detto che avremmo potuto tranquillamente parcheggiare di fronte all’hotel e la mattina seguente avevamo una multa. Sicuramente questo evento non dipende dall hotel ma avrebbero dovuto informarci
Pulita perfettamente e personale gentile e cordiale è la seconda volta che alloggio qui da loro e confermo tutto ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Air con in the room was working but remained at 24 degrees which wasn't cool enough for when we stayed. That said, we were in Allure the hottest part of the year
What I liked was that it was very centrally located and reasonably priced. When we arrived, the staff were very welcoming. They offered us water upon arrival and helped carry our luggage upstairs.
What I didn’t like was that the air conditioning worked very poorly. It was set to 17–18°C, but it certainly didn’t feel that way—the room felt extremely hot. We struggled to sleep both nights because of the heat. We also informed the receptionist about the issue, but it was not resolved.
Another downside was that the hotel did not have an elevator, and the beds were both small and hard.
De locatie
De kamer had een ongezellig licht en het personeel was niet optimaal. Foto’s komen niet overeen met de kamer.
The location was great and the design of the hotel was nice. The size of the rooms also good!
Cleaning is an issue! It really needs to be vastly improved!
Also the maintenance of the building needs to be improved! A lot!
Finally half of the rooms had an AC that didn’t work during a heat wave!
