Excellent location walking distance to the city centre and all attractions. Friendly and helpful staff
Air con in the room was working but remained at 24 degrees which wasn't cool enough for when we stayed. That said, we were in Allure the hottest part of the year
What I liked was that it was very centrally located and reasonably priced. When we arrived, the staff were very welcoming. They offered us water upon arrival and helped carry our luggage upstairs.
What I didn’t like was that the air conditioning worked very poorly. It was set to 17–18°C, but it certainly didn’t feel that way—the room felt extremely hot. We struggled to sleep both nights because of the heat. We also informed the receptionist about the issue, but it was not resolved.
Another downside was that the hotel did not have an elevator, and the beds were both small and hard.
De locatie
De kamer had een ongezellig licht en het personeel was niet optimaal. Foto’s komen niet overeen met de kamer.
The location was great and the design of the hotel was nice. The size of the rooms also good!
Cleaning is an issue! It really needs to be vastly improved!
Also the maintenance of the building needs to be improved! A lot!
Finally half of the rooms had an AC that didn’t work during a heat wave!

La ducha estaba tapada, no te podías duchar 5 minutos sin rebalsar todo. Lo dijimos en recepción y no lo solucionaron nunca.

L’emplacement est parfait, les chambres spacieuses équipées et confortables. Et le prix très intéressant.
