z toalety okazyjnie wyciekała woda, co powodowało bulgoczące dźwięki. jesli ktos na korytarzu lub pokoju obok był głośniej, to było to słychać, czyli pokój nie jest dźwiękoszczelny.

Stanza enorme e bellissima, i futon anche se sono bassi erano veramente comodi con cuscini molto morbidi e di altezza giusta
Davanti agli ascensori del 4 piano e del 2° ci sono gli yukata da prendere per l'onsen e tutto il necessario come gli spazzolini, il cotone per struccarsi, i rasoi e i cotton fiok
Colazione meravigliosa, abbiamo acquistato anche il ticket per la cena ed era veramente buona, anche più abbondante rispetto alla colazione

Замечательный онсен, который открыт с раннего утра и до позднего вечера ( с небольшим дневным перерывом). После перелета или мощного заезда на велосипеде эффективно снимает усталость.

A melhor estadia que tivemos no Japão
Pros:

O que dizer? A vista que tivemos do quarto foi simplesmente indiscritivel. Acordar com o Monte Fuji mesmo à nossa frente foi um sonho tornado realidade. Ainda para mais porque esteve visivel durante cada minuto da nossa estadia.
Dormir num quarto de estilo japonês foi uma experiência muito gira, sendo que os colchões eram super confortáveis.
O estacionamento também foi um bónus excelente e a localização do hoteel é excelente - conseguirmos conhecer diversos locais e os Cinco Lagos de Fuji.
Tem algumas opções interessantes de refeições.
O Lawson perto permitiu-nos tomar o pequeno almoço no quarto, enquanto aproveitávamos aquela vista incrivel.

Cons:

Sei que é o costume do país e nós é que temos que nos adaptar... mas fiquei bastante triste ao ver que no onsen não se podia utillizar fato de banho

Pros:

Emplacement top, à 15 minutes à pied de la gare, ou en 5 minutes avec un bus qui passe au bas de la rue. Très confortable.

The view was breathtaking and the highlight of my trip to Japan.

Cons:

Be aware that this is a traditional Japanese room and the mattress is thin and on the floor. I’m young so was ok for me.

Pros:

The baths were beyond my expectations ; very good surprise. The whole place was very clean, well located and the staff was great (they spoke English very well too).

Cons:

The breakfast was good but a bit generic in my opinion (and the coffee wasn't so great...) ; the view of the Fuji was amazing and I had the opportunity to try Japanese food for breakfast which was great

The best part of this hotel is the incredible view of Mount Fuji. Our room faced the mountain, and I woke up at 4:00 a.m. to a perfectly clear view of Mt. Fuji. It was such a breathtaking and unforgettable moment that made the stay completely worth it.

The breakfast area also has a direct view of Mount Fuji, so enjoying breakfast while admiring the scenery was a wonderful experience.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. If you're visiting the Fuji area, I highly recommend choosing a room with a mountain view—it's absolutely worth the extra cost.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Waking up to such a beautiful view of Mount Fuji is an experience I'll never forget.

Cons:

I think the shuttle reservation process could be improved. Currently, guests need to make a local phone call to request pickup. When I arrived, the tourist information center at the station had already closed, and the public phone was out of order. As an international traveler without a local phone number, I had no way to contact the hotel and ended up carrying my luggage and walking there.

It would be much more convenient if the hotel also accepted shuttle requests via email, WhatsApp, or online messaging, especially for overseas guests.
