Good localisation - close to both the city and the lake, close to nearby restaurants
L’hôtel était propre, le personnel très serviable et aidant. Nous sommes tatoués et avons pu faire le onsen en couvrant nos tattoos. Une navette gratuite vers la gare est mise en place toutes les 30 minutes. Assez pratique du fait que les restaurants sont vers cette endroit. La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue incroyable sur le mont Fuji. L’expérience d’un séjour à la japonaise est concluante 😊
La salle de bain détonne un peu sur le reste de la chambre. Assez petite et pas dans le thème. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas surprenant, mais le minimum y est.

The location was very good, only 3 min drive from kawaguchiku station and 12 min walk but they had shuttles.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

We slept in a traditional Japanese beds and they were comfortable
It could be nice to have variety in meals plus options for vegetarian/ vegans
Also they separate the hours of dinner and breakfast for guests to control the crowd so you may be restricted into a specific dining hour
In our case they were kind enough to let us in anyway
Also the AC was only in Japanese and no instructions , our ac kept turning off the cooling every night
My room stay did not come with breakfast included. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of extra space for you to open your luggage or pack your things. The room came with a small bathroom with a bathtub, suitable for travelers who want to unwind after a long day in a private setting. In addition, there is also a free onsen on the first floor and yukatas to rent (free of charge) for those who are interested in using the onsen. I was also able to place my bags for a few hours (free until about 3.30pm). The hotel also had a shuttle bus to go to kawaguchiko station, making it convenient for those with luggages.
The hotel was located a bit further away from kawaguchiko station with the main option to get there being by the free shuttle bus, public bus or a 13 minute walk. The shuttle bus service was a great option but required calling the front desk, which would not be easy for travelers on esim without calling capabilities (I did not check if there are other options so I might be wrong).

Public Onsen was nice, and the room was nice. I had the tatami style room with a window facing mount fuji and ill be honest, this was definitely an amazing experience for me as a first time traveler to Japan. Room came out to around $120 for one night which I think is fair, but I probably wouldnt stay for more than one night mainly due to the price. 10-15 minute walk to the station, but they have a van that could pick you up and drop you off if needed. Theres also a bike rental place right next to the hotel which is convenient if you want to bike around the lake and also a convenience store not too far away either. Overall if youre planning to stay for one night and check out the lake, I think this is definitely a great place. I attached some images of my view of mt fuji from my room also:

天気悪く、富士山は全く見えませんでしたが、清潔で機能的でよかったです。
壁が薄く、両隣の部屋からの話し声やドカドカと物を動かす音や、全部聞こえました。夜中に何度も起こされ、朝も早く(4時台)からうるさくて、全然(本当に一睡も)眠れませんでした。
