Mauvaise publicité : petit dejeuner non inclus comme intitulé sur la photo de booking.

J'ai aimé le fait qu'il y avait un bus pour nous amener a la gare de train mais le premier jour qu'on est arrivé on a tenté de les appeler mais en vain alors on a du payer un taxi pour se rendre a l'hôtel

Arrivés à l'hôtel, ils nous ont annoncé que notre forfait ne comprenait pas le petit déjeuner alors que sur le site de booking, il était inscrit que le petit déjeuner etait dans toutes les options. Nous avons donc du payer nos petits déjeuner jeudi et vendredi a 6400 yen a 2. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié car il y avait contradiction entre Booking et eux. Ils nous ont dit que notre forfait ne comprenait pas le déjeuner mais dans Booking si vous regardez bien, c'est inscrit que oui. Nous avons été vraiment frustrés car nous n'avions pas prévu ces frais.

Pros:

雲がかかり、富士山をはっきり見ることができませんでしたが、晴れてたらとても良く見えただろうなぁ。と思う場所にありました。
アメニティも充実しており、スタッフの対応もとてもよかったです。
価格も安くてお風呂は数は少ないですが、とても良かったです。
すごく大きいホテルではないので、お風呂が混み合わないのも良い点でした

飯店有接駁車接送，在河口湖車站打公共電話給飯店，比想像中簡單就可以預約到。對方會告訴你在幾號站牌等候。房間標準、乾淨。

又、利用させて頂きます。
Pros:

外国人のスタッフさん方が多かったのですが、とても笑顔が良かったです。

フロントのスタッフさんも、対応、笑顔にほっとしました。

Cons:

お部屋のトイレ洗浄機が便器とずれていて、大分違和感がありました。
