Premium odada konakladık. Büyüklüğü ve imkanları güzeldi. Başka ülkelerde standart odalarda konaklamıştım. Fiyat farkına değdi.

Cons:

Odamız inşaata bakıyordu ve odalarda tül veya stor perde yoktu. Dolayısıyla gündüz vakti kalın perdeleri çekip ışıkları açmamız gerekti. Sürdürülebilirlik için otelin aldığı tüm önlemleri ve yaptığı tüm uygulamaları yıkmış olduk. Ki biz de tasarruf konusunda hassas insanlarız. Plastik kullanımını azaltmak için odaya küçük bir sürahi ve iki bardak koyulmuştu. Sürahiyi kattaki su sebilinden doldurduk. Ancak bardaklar kabartma markalıydı ve kabartmaların iç kısmı kirliydi. Hijyen de hastalık riskini azaltarak ilaç kullanılmamasını sağlar. Sanırım bu da milli gelir için önemlidir. Yani istemeyerek sürdürülebilirlik konusunda otelin ve kendi ilkelerimizin aksine hareket etmek zorunda kaldık.

Pros:

It was clean and the location was good.

Cons:

The mattress kept falling off the bed frame from the sides.

The lights went out completely in our room and there was no power. We had to complain twice before they sent a technician.

Nobody answered the front desk if you called. Tried calling at least 5 times and not once did anyone pick up.

The shower booth door was stuck and had to go to the reception twice to complain before they sent someone to fix it.

The server/cleaner in the breakfast area kept taking our plates and cups away while we were still eating and we left hungry because it felt so uninviting.

The guy at the front desk was very rude and didn't even smile once.

We stayed at 4 different hotels on this trip and this was the worst hotel in terms of hospitality and service. Would never stay again.

Fiyatına göre çok kaliteli bir konaklama
Pros:

Tesisi merkeze, eski çarşı gibi alanlara yaklaşık 2-3 km. Ulaşım için metro var. Nezih bir mekan. Yakınında inşaat olması şimdilik dezavantaj ama güzel. Odada safebox, mini buzdolabı, klima mevcut. Yatak kaliteli, temiz, asansör hızlı ve büyük. Oda genişliği iyi, duş biraz dar ama güzel. Su güzel ısınıyor. Modern bir dekorasyonu var.

Cons:

Su sebili dışarda var ama odalara bir şişe su konulmalı.

Pros:

Вкусные завтраки, чистые номера, очень приятный персонал

Cons:

Был овербукинг, и нам в первый день не смогли дать номер, на который мы рассчитывали, но в итоге, предложили вариант комфортный для нас на первую ночь. И сделали ощутимую скидку за причиненные неудобства. Так что, в целом, мы остались довольны.
