I always choose Ibis Hotel whenever I travel because I know I can rely on the quality of the service. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out are quick and hassle-free, and the hotel's location is usually very convenient. My experience has consistently been excellent, which is why I keep coming back.

Хороший отель, взяли его из за того что это сеть отелей, а не гест хаус. Были еще в Катаре в Ибисе.
Мы прибыли из аэропорта в 6 утра, менеджер по имени Vusul заселил нас бесплатно и даже сделал апгрейд номера с видом на город, за что ему огромная благодарность. Номер небольшой, но приятный. Очень хороший душ, санузел. Полотенца меняли по просьбе. Правда уборка кажется была слабой, ковер был пыльным.
Завтрак шведский стол, есть все что нужно для завтрака, без изысков, но былов вкусно. Расположение далековато от центра, но рядом есть Метро станция Хатай. Можно платить apple pay, что очень удобно.
В целом отдыхом довольны. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля, приветливые и приятные. На такси до центра 1000-1200 тг.
