A Memorable Stay
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sebel Yarrawonga Silverwoods. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning scenery, making it the perfect place to unwind.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed sitting back and taking in the views and the tranquil atmosphere around the resort.
It exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect escape. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Yarrawonga.

very poor service from Reception staff
Pros:

I made a call to reception staff to do a welfare check on a family member. I informed the staff member that if you were unable to contact the family member, then I would need to contact Victoria Police to conduct a welfare check. The representative told me that he was unable to transfer a call to the room however, would try to call the room and if unsuccessful would attend the room. NO RESPONSE AT ALL - very bad service and now having to use Victoria Police resources to conduct a welfare check

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and attentive. The complimentary bottle of wine in the room was a nice surprise. The view from inside and outside was beautiful. Highly recommend booking the sauna for private use. So relaxing ☺️

Cons:

Bed wasn’t comfortable in the room I had.

Pros:

Nice location, nice staff just seemed understaffed on our weekend. Same high price for limited service.

Cons:

Pool unfortunately had no music and no staff so all food and bev service was on the other side of the hotel which is not ideal finding out once you're soaking wet.

Unfortunately the hallways and garden beds were quite messy. Ours had litter and some old socks left behind.

I would have liked to stay longer
Pros:

The rooms were clean, lovely, dark and restful.
All the staff were happy and friendly and helpful.
The breakfast as delicious.
I loved the views everywhere you went around the hotel.

Cons:

Lighting in the bathroom could have been a little better to put make up .
The tv didn't connect to Netflix for me (but that could just be me and technology)
