Worst experience staying at a hotel ever.

Cons:

AC not working for the entire stay despite being mid-July which is in itself a health hazard and to top it off they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They wanted to charge me again upon check out despite the reservation being prepaid and didn’t even have the courtesy of guarding my luggage for one hour while I attended a business lunch. They claimed they had a storage place nearby (for which one has to pay) and upon arrival to such place there was no storage left so I went back to the lobby and they sent me to several other storage places in the middle of the heat where mind you there was no availability either and still refused to help in any way. A shame to the Room Mate brand and a case I will make sure to escalate. It should be illegal to treat your guests that way or perhaps expected of a hostel not a 4 star!
