manager room and some
office spaces with people from the office having the full view into the room, the cleanliness should be reworked since the first day there have been some smears along the door and also in the bathroom. all in all a bit pricey for what you get but you can stay a few days there.

English translation:
The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, the rooms, although we were on the 7th floor, are very dark and only moderately clean at best.
The balcony is practically unusable because the air conditioning unit is extremely loud. You cannot leave the balcony door open, nor can you comfortably sit outside.
Early in the morning, various odors from the hotel enter the room, and on top of that, you have to pay a €10 rental fee for towels that appear to be about 10 years old.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the rooftop pool is very pleasant with a beautiful view.
Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

We had previously stayed in this hotel last year and really enjoyed our stay, so we had high expectations when returning again this year. Overall, the room was great value for money and the location is perfect, right in St Pauls Bay and only a couple of minutes’ walk from the seafront. The pool area is amazing, with gorgeous views and a rooftop bar where we could enjoy drinks and food. The staff were generally very friendly and welcoming.
We had no issues at all with any other members of staff during our stay. In fact, we had great conversations with many of them, especially one gentleman whose name we unfortunately can’t remember. He had a broken arm and was absolutely lovely, always smiling and taking the time to chat with us whenever he saw us, which really added to our experience.
However, we did have one negative experience during our stay. One night when we were returning to the hotel, a member of staff, who we assumed was a manager, was extremely rude to most of the girls coming in. We had just come back from a festival and were wearing bikini tops. He told us that the police would see us and refused to let us enter the hotel dressed like that. We completely understand and respect the new laws about covering up in public areas, and during the day whenever we were going to shops or restaurants we always made sure to cover up appropriately. However, in this situation we had literally just stepped out of our taxi to return to the hotel after the festival. No issues had been raised by police or anyone else at the event itself.
What upset us most was being made to stand outside on the street at 4:30am until someone could bring us T-shirts to wear when most of our friends inside the hotel had already gone asleep. We felt the situation could have been handled in a much more respectful and understanding manner.

Central location, close to the bus station and restaurants. Spacious, quiet and clean room and bedroom. Excellent breakfast.
Not much view at the back of the hotel. Crowded swimming pool.
Great location, minutes from the beach and even closer to the bus station which is great for getting about the island.
Lots of variety locally for food and drink too!
