Loved it! One of our best stays in Japan!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional! They were so welcoming and interested in our well being. The vibe was so friendly. The coffee in the lobby was a good addition too!
The location was on a great street. It was quiet yet cute with coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
The room was awesome. Our kids slept will in the bunk beds. We were able to stay on the 9th floor and enjoyed a view.

A great place for family to stay when visiting Osaka
Pros:

The property is within walking distance to Yotsubashi subway station. It has a family mart next to it and also a 24hr supermarket within 3min away.

The room we stayed in had 2 beds and 3 futon beds. They were comfortable and clean.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. When we needed a change of sheets at night, they were quick to respond. The front desk was also proactive in sharing about luggage forwarding services.

Cons:

Suggest to upgrade the TV to one that has native YouTube and other streaming apps. I recalled staying at another Mimaru hotel that had a projector with such apps.

We loved our stay, would highly recommend to family and friends
