Pros:

Very clean and smart looking. Good air conditioning. Very well located. Friendly receptionist.

Cons:

Despite very good double glazing, the noise from the road could be heard. Strangely, there isn’t anywhere to put a towel when you shower. Not a big deal but someone with movement impairment may struggle with having to put the towel outside the shower room on the floor.

Aesthetic, central, and accommodating: a great stay
Pros:

The hotel features a super clean and aesthetic minimalist design. It is perfectly located right in the town centre - the port, main shopping streets, and old town are all within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are spotless with comfortable beds and pillows, and daily service keeps everything fresh. Although reception isn't 24/7, the receptionist replied to us at 11 PM to immediately resolve a card issue. The staff is flexible and the vibe is great!

Cons:

The only downside was the lack of storage space in the room; we had to live out of our suitcases, which wasn’t very convenient.

Things to note before booking: being in the town centre means an awesome location, but expect some city noise. The soundproofing is great when the doors are closed, but you will still hear the occasional loud bus horn. For parking, the nearest (5 mins walk) paid option is €25 a day at The Plaza, though there is a free lot across from it - just note that it’s unpaved, very dusty, and uneven.

4 days in Chania
Pros:

We had an amazing stay in Chania. The property is ideally located in the city center, just across from the Old Town, yet tucked away from the noise and crowds, making it a peaceful retreat.

The rooms are beautifully designed, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. A special thank you to Sophia at reception, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent and truly enhanced our experience. We would happily stay here again.

Nice space, shame it was let down by a few annoying details

Cons:

Selected this place specifically as it said it had parking, but the listing is misleading. The parking they offer is at a public car park several hundred meters away, which you have to pay for, and is not even open on Sunday.

Also, both the fridge and the AC unit periodically buzzed quite loudly throughout the night (and the fridge is right next to your head when you’re in bed).

Well positioned between old town and modern Chania with a taxi rank, small supermarket, good breakfast choices on hand and the harbour only a short walk away.

Super helpful staff, kind and attentive.

Cons:

If you are severely mobility restricted this isn't the best choice for you with a flight of 30 steps to get to the apartments from street level. If you can cope, it's fine!
