Pros:

The front desk was rude and unprofessional. Tried to charge me twice (I paid on expedia) and he didn't believe me. It's a post soviet country and we approached the desk in Russian, they told us that they don't speak Russian which is fine. When I started speaking English they told us they don't speak English and switched to Russian. Crazy bad service for a nice hotel.

Pros:

Convienient for the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food at dinner was very good. Bed was large and very comfortable (even the pillows), shower was the best i have ever had whilst travelling. Worth the extra 20 minute drive from the airport. Transfer shuttle was faultless. A great stay!

Pros:

Wanted to stay in quiet area and golf for a week. Exactly what the hotel offered. Good menu, little shop next door and a decent fitness centre. Sits beside the golf academy and plenty perks if golfing. Very helpful staff.

Very helpful staff, I needed a phone adapter, just asked the staff and they provided one within a few minutes, great and smooth airport pick up service provided, our room was exceptionally clean and I would definitely stay again 👍😊
