Cons:

Doccia con antina scorrevole fuori dai binari, soffione che non si incastra nel sostegno, lampadina abat jour bruciata, spifferi dalle finestre. Nel registrarmi ho selezionato viaggio di lavoro e non c'era lo spazio fisico per sedersi e lavorare con il note book, nel frigo non era presente nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua

“SCHERZI A PARTE”

All’arrivo non risultava la mia prenotazione, nell’hotel prescelto. Allora ho fatto vedere la mia prenotazione sul vostro sito. Ho dovuto cambiare hotel. La mattina successiva alle 9,15 mi sono recato in sala colazione e non ho trovato il pane, ho dovuto chiederlo, ho anche chiesto 2 fette di prosciutto ma mi sono state negate perché secondo la cameriera sgarbatissima era già tardi e quasi in chiusura (la sala chiudeva alle 9,30). Ok, prendo un the una fetta di torta, mi avvicino al bancone e chiedo una fettina di limone, la risposta sgarbata è stata no !! Mi accontento, finisco la mia quasi colazione e alle 9,34 lascio la sala per andare in camera. Mi ero scordato di dire che la stanza che mi era stata assegnata era una camera per disabili. Sinceramente non è stato un gran disagio, se non fosse che mancasse l’acqua calda e ho dovuto fare la doccia gelata. Finito in bagno rientro in stanza per iniziare a vestirmi e ad un certo punto mi si apre la porta, la cameriera mortificata per avermi trovato nudo.
Sembra quasi un racconto di fantasia, ma credetemi è la verità. 40 anni che giro l’Italia ma un‘ avventura simile non l’avevo mai vissuta. A voi il giudizio definitivo. Se potessi chiederei il rimborso dell’importo pagato.

Pienamente sufficiente
Pros:

Accoglienza della reception veramente gentile. Un ragazzo mi ha spiegato tutto accompagnandomi all’ascensore.
Alla colazione una graziosa ragazza molto gentile e professionale puliva con solerzia e aiutava i clienti.

Cons:

L’usura della camera, specialmente nel vaso wc. Però l’ho trovata pulita e accogliente.
