It was amazing!!, the accessible kitchen, amazing televisions, good cutlery's and great supplies
Pros:

Excellent location my family and I loved the balcony view and the easy accessible supermarket right beside us the two televisions there . In fact it was so hard to leave the apartment because we loved it so much. And it was a very cool environment amazing air conditoning

Cons:

There were no kitchen vents so the house was always smelling of food whenever we came back form an outing or even while we were inside

للأسف الشقة بسيطة جداً ومتوسطة النظافة وضيقة جداً وماأسأني هو تقييم الأخوان العرب من النزلاء السابقين والذي كان السبب في اختياري والواقع مختلف فقط يشفع وجود التكييف أما غير ذلك للأسف ضيقة ومكان غير مريح أبدا

Уборка была не тщательной. Раскладывая диван нашли засохшую картошку фри. Посуда плохо помыта, фасады мебели грязные, в туалете запах.

Air conditioned, with a great view from the top floors.
Pros:

Great option for families with children or a large friend group.
Excellent facilities: secure underground parking, elevator and air conditioning! We stayed during a summer heatwave and the cool apartment became a refuge from the brutal heat, especially when sleeping at night.
The neighborhood is safe, walkable and connected to the center by tram. There is a wholesale grocery store opposite the building, but there are other more mainstream food shopping options nearby.
Our favorite aspect of the apartment was the great city skyline view from the 5th floor balcony, especially at night with the cathedral illuminated in the distance.

Cons:

The cleaning could be more thorough, with drawers left unchecked.

MyApartments Viena is a modernized building into an Apart-Hotel with lift, basement parking with automized garage door and other modern facilities found usually at a good rank hotel.
The apartment we stayed had modern and tasteful interior design and the expected amenities for a good level property:
air-conditioning, kitchenette (with kettle, dishwashing machine, fridge, electric stove, cookware, tableware and cutlery), balcony, private bathroom with shower and washing machine, sufficient electrical sockets.
The apartment had enough space for 3 adults (or for 2 adults and 2 children).
The Apart-Hotel is situated in a calm and quiet neighbourhood within 2.5 Km walking distance from Stephan Platz (Vienna's historical city centre reference) and is within close proximity of tram stations. There are also a lot of bakeries and many other modern small shops around location and a public park that can be visited until 9:00 PM.

Cons:

Something that can be fixed for next visitors: in our specific apartment was a problem with the shower door sealing (which otherwise leads to lots of effort to clean the leaked water on the bathroom floor after shower).
