Pros:

Apartment was clean, modern and as described, great location for accessing the city and everthing Vienna has to offer for visitors. Transport close to the apartment and user friendly.
Great bed settee that was easy to use and good quality. Could do with one of these at home!

Cons:

I personally found the bed uncomfortable...not a fan of memory foam mattresses.
Did not meet any of the staff personally, so can't really comment on that. However, communication was good before our stay.

Останавливались в самом простом номере. Отличное соотношение цены и качества, есть возможность выбирать номера разного размера поз запросы путешествующих. Холодильник, кухня - все на месте, все работает. Туалет и душ раздельные, просторные, душевая кабина нормальных размеров, удобная. Матрас на кровати хороший. Диван раскладной, как диван. Соответствует своей функции, но если хотите более комфортного размещения, берите номер с двумя спальнями. Посуды хватает. напротив хороший магазин, рядом общественная парковка а 8 евро в сутки и трамвай, который за 12 минут довезет до центра. Отличное место для тех, кто не хочет тратить много денег. Персонал отзывчивый, его не видно практически, но если есть необходимость решить какой-то вопрос, всегда доступен.

Mangelnde Hygiene und verbesserungswürdige Ausstattung
Pros:

Der kontaktlose Check-in klappte ohne Probleme, obwohl die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft sehr langsam bzw. verzögert erfolgt ist. Die Lage der Wohnung ist relativ zentral, in der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants.

Cons:

Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber. An der Tür und auf allen Oberflächen gab es schmierige Fingerabdrücke. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig. Auch der Boden war nicht frisch gesaugt/ gewischt. Die Küchenstühle hatten große Flecken. Den Kühlschrank haben wir dreckig vorgefunden. Auch gab es Flecken an den Decken, Wänden und in den Ecken.

Die Seife im Bad war fast leer und wurde lediglich mit Wasser aufgefüllt (!).

Die Ausstattung ist deutlich verbesserungswürdig.
Beispielsweise gab es auf dem Balkon nicht mal einen einzigen Stuhl. Es gab wenig Geschirr, keinen Ofen und keine Spülmaschine. Die Kissen sind leider super platt und unbequem.

Insgesamt gibt sich die Unterkunft wenig Mühe für den Preis. Der Parkplatz muss für 22€ am Tag dazugebucht werden. Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen.

Pros:

El apartamento era muy cómodo. Eramos 8 personas, entre los cuales estabamos 2 niños y un bebé y todos estuvimos muy cómodos. Además tiene un supermercado delante de la casa y el tranvia al centro muy cerca. Además dejaron la cama del bebé en un cuarto más alejado para evitar despertar al resto de la casa.

Appartamento abbastanza ampio e ben arredato, edificio moderno, dotazione buona. Posizione non molto centrale ma comunque ben servita dai mezzi.

Cons:

Il letto era confinato da due muri, essendo alto 190cm non era confortevole. Ho dormito sul divano letto (comunque abbastanza comodo). Non c'era niente per fare colazione, solo quattro capsule nespresso.
