Pros:

The staff were trying their best. I was kept waiting for a long time to check-in though there was only one customer at the desk. They were taking a lot of your staff's time and seemed oblivious to others waiting. The spa was very overpriced for the service and calibre of finishes. Very average massage. My lady was lovely but clearly not an experienced masseuse.

Cons:

For me, it lacked any level of luxury and was not what I was expecting.

Incredible overnight stay in Adelaide’s finest hotel. Wish we could have stayed much longer.
Pros:

EOS by SkyCity is a stunning 5 star property. We were upgraded to an incredible suite. This hotel is so deluxe and the staff cannot do enough for you.

Very central and elegant design hotel. Staff were super and room had great views of the Torrens river.
