The location was excellent to attend Adelaide Oval. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The view from our suite looking out across the river Torrens was fantastic.
Car parking was very difficult to navigate at the Wilson Festival Car Park, I'm sure we went around in circles a few times before we managed to find our way.

Clean room, comfortable bed & good soundproofing. We enjoyed dining at ITL and having drinks in SOL. The outside communal spa was very nice and our room had a beautiful view, good size bath & lovely shower.

Everything was perfect! The view was spectacular. The room was gorgeous and spacious bathrooms was huge bed was comfortable.

The views from the room are just beautiful looking out over the riverside, Elder Park, the oval and the city. The staff are very lovely, welcoming and accomodating to any needs and requirements. This was our second stay these school holidays to attend Illuminate and other events and it is a great location.
The very strong deodoriser scent that hits you immediately when you enter the reception and this is then filtered throughout the whole property into every room. I'm quite sensitive to smell and it did get a bit much for me, and I don't think I will be able to stay at this property again because of that. The music in the hallway outside of your room doesn't stop until late at night so if you have an early night or are a light sleeper you have to wait until this stops. The whole air conditioning unit is very loud even if the unit is turned off in your room. There were some unsightly dirty marks on our carpet in our room and the hallways which really need a good clean. While these are not negatives it is something to note when staying at such a high priced property.
