Buena ubicación. Personal agradable y buenas instalaciones.

Nos dijeron que el aire acondicionado aunque pareciera apagado, funcionaba. Sin embargo, por la noche no funcionaba y era imposible dormir con tanto calor.

La scelta perfetta per soggiornare a Madrid!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B durante il nostro viaggio a Madrid e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: centralissima, in una traversa della Gran Vía, a due passi da tutte le principali attrazioni, ristoranti, negozi e mezzi di trasporto.

Nonostante la zona sia molto viva e movimentata, abbiamo dormito benissimo ogni notte. Il letto era una vera nuvola, comodissimo, e l’insonorizzazione ci ha permesso di riposare senza alcun disturbo.

La struttura è moderna, curata nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto pulitissima. È davvero raro trovare un alloggio che unisca così bene comfort, design e pulizia.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il check-in digitale: a causa di un ritardo del volo siamo arrivati più tardi del previsto, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Tutto è organizzato in modo pratico ed efficiente, con accesso tramite tessera, senza la necessità di portare chiavi con sé.

Un grande punto di forza sono gli host, sempre disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza. Hanno risposto rapidamente a tutte le nostre richieste, come quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di un ferro da stiro, e ci hanno contattato più volte via WhatsApp per assicurarsi che fosse tutto di nostro gradimento.

Un altro aspetto molto apprezzato è stato il servizio di pulizia quotidiano delle camere, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Se dovessi tornare a Madrid, non avrei il minimo dubbio: sceglierei di nuovo questo B&B senza pensarci due volte. Consigliatissimo!

Central, clean, and great value.
Pros:

The location is very central. I could walk everywhere except for Ventas, which is easily accessible by metro.
The room was a lot bigger than I expected considering the central location. It was clean and well-equipped. I stayed for a few days and could completely unpack, as there was a closet and drawers for all my stuff. The air conditioning is powerful—a much higher standard compared to most European cities—which is a great asset in the extremely hot summer.
The staff is kind and helpful. There isn't always someone at reception, but they respond to WhatsApp messages very quickly.

Cons:

Really nothing. However, the lift is located on half-landings, which is very common for old Central European buildings. There is an additional rolling system for the last few stairs, but I imagine it is quite slow.

Otelin bulunduğu binadaki asansör sık sık bozuluyordu ve merdiven kullanmak zorunda kaldık.
Madrid sıcağında bu oldukça can sıkıcıydı.
Çıkışta tüm valizleri elimizde taşıyarak 3 kat indirmek zorunda kaldık
Odanın tam karşısında bulunan erotik shop sebebiyle çocuklu ailelerin konaklamasını tavsiye etmiyorum

Pros:

El alojamiento estaba muy céntrico, lo que hizo muy fácil movernos por la zona y disfrutar de todo caminando. Las camas eran muy cómodas y pudimos descansar perfectamente porque por la noche no había nada de ruido. Además, todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia y un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Great location and standard of the room
Pros:

Excellent location, good size room, quiet despite being in the center, I was able to walk to all main atractions in Madrid, very nice staff, smooth check in and check out, tea in the room, room convenient for work if needed (big desk)

Cons:

Initially it was difficult for me to find the accomodation as there is no big sign :) but managed after all :)

Çok rahat ve yenilenmiş odaları vardı. Temizdi. Resepsiyondaki karşılama çok sıcaktı.

Cons:

Oda boşluğa bakıyordu. Dışarıya bakan camda sinekli yoktu. Fare girer korkusuyla havalandıramadık.
