Pros:

Todo impecable, pero lo mejor fue la atención que recibimos. Todas las recepcionistas son amorosas y nos dieron la opción de usar un baño con ducha después de hacer hecho el check out, previo a nuestra vuelta a la Argentina. Un detalle que hizo la diferencia! Muchas gracias!!!

Quería agradeceros el trato que hemos recibido durante nuestra estancia. En especial, quiero dar las gracias a la chica que nos atendió ayer en recepción. Fue muy amable, cercana y profesional en todo momento, y nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.

Además, quería agradeceros que nos confirmarais tan rápidamente que el mensaje que había recibido era un intento de estafa. Vuestra ayuda y vuestra atención nos dieron mucha tranquilidad.

Nos ha encantado el hotel. Destacamos la excelente ubicación, la limpieza impecable de las instalaciones y, sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal, que ha hecho que nuestra experiencia haya sido aún mejor.

Sin duda, volveremos cuando regresemos a Madrid y recomendaremos vuestro hotel a familiares y amigos.

Woohoo Rooms Hortaleza, oásis dentro de Madrid, voltaremos a nos hospedarmos.
Pros:

O atendimento foi nota 1000. Sofia nos recepcionando com muito carinho e atenção. As meninas que arrumaram o nosso quarto, deixaram um espetáculo. Tudo muito limpo e com um aroma que mais parecíamos estarmos num bosque florido. O nosso muito obrigado pela gentileza.

soggiorno eccellente in location strategica con grande attenzione al cliente

posizione perfetta, isolamento acustico, gentilezza personale; ho avuto un problemino in camera e il personale si è dato molto da fare per risolverlo; ottima reattività su qualsiasi richiesta tramite wapp e molto comodi check in e check out
