Best Hotel in Belize
Pros:

Golden Bay is our home away from home.The rooms are so clean and comfortable the atmosphere is a great location right in front of the sea which give you that fresh air.
The staff is phenomenal I mean each and every one of them is so friendly helpful and make you feel so welcomed! Shout out to Yoselin, Orlando, Wallisha and Kimberly. Please stop by and see these amazing staff ! See you guys soon!! My family and I just Live being there with you guys!!

Best Place to Stay in Belize
Pros:

I enjoy staying at Golden Bay on all my trips back home, feels like home away from home. The staff knows us know and welcome us back. Special Thanks to Jani, Kimberly and Orlando, wonderful staff, goes above and beyond to accommodate us.

Pros:

The store , the coffee shop and the restaurant were very nice! The staff was helpful. The price was excellent.

Cons:

The pictures online did not match our room. The hotel has an older feel. The location was impoverished.

The Best in Belize city.
Pros:

Best hotel in Belize City! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. The service is truly top-notch, with a friendly and attentive team that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The food is outstanding, I highly recommend the beef tips and the pork chops. Both are absolutely delicious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belize City.

Would suggest staying elsewhere
Cons:

Where do we start, people were not friendly. Hotel is going through construction so rooftop closed, construction sounds until 10pm and started again at 6:30am. Our carbon monoxide alarm went off at 2am. Bed is very firm, hallway smelt like food, very minimal amenities. Lost power in the middle of the night so elevator wasn't working, but they fixed it pretty quick. No screens on windows and one of our windows would not open.

Prima voor 1 nacht, maar zeker niet meer.
Pros:

Kamer en badkamer waren schoon.
A la carte ontbijt bij inpandig restaurant.
Ligt aan het water waardoor je wel leuk even over de "boulevard" kan wandelen.

Cons:

We hadden uitzicht op de bouw van de uitbreiding waar ze mee bezig zijn. Medewerkers waren niet echt vriendelijk.
Je moest betalen voor de transfer naar het vliegveld, terwijl deze op vaste tijden rijdt.

Overpriced for what was delivered. But still a nice hotel.
Pros:

great roof top views, clean place, nice staff.

Cons:

No sheets on bed, A/C was too weak for room, staff kept forgetting things at restaurant, no coffee before 7:00am

Pros:

Good place to stay the night before catching the ferry to the Cayes or flying home. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice rooftop restaurant.

Cons:

Construction right outside our window. It wouldn't have been comfortable to stay more than one night.
