Great place and easy to access

Nice clean room with a nice comfortable bed
It was to warm even with a fan it was uncomfortable need air con
Quite easy to find and ample parking on arrival.
It was during the heatwave, so, thankfully there was a fan.
Good quality bed, and enough space for storage, a good table for dining, and a minimal kitchen, to whip together some food.
The property is next to a busy road, so it's not the quietest.
The bathroom has no windows, and the ventilation was limited.
The log in app with a bluetooth lock is a lot of pfaff for no reason.
It obviously didn't work at first, and if your phone dies, you're locked out.
The deposit is also a little fishy, you pay £100, they give you back £97, unfair.
Alternatively, you can lock the money for 30 days, which we did, but it seems a little long.
Great communication, had everything that was needed, clean apartment
Absolutely nothing...........
Everything from arrival to rooms. Far to much information and 100 pounds deposit which hasn't been advertised oh and got back 97 pounds of my deposit from the 100 pounds, as I challenged them about the 3 pounds missing. First they tell you to download an app which would have a virtual key and does not work then after a good 45 minutes they said I have to pay 100 quid deposit and which I did and ended up getting a pin and taking card from lockbox, nightmare just starting as got in the room and it 30 degrees outside and the room was a sweatbox I booked for 2 nights only spent 1 night as didn't open front ground floor windows as the area was a rough as it gets. I ended up booking else where, will never be back ,even the fan was blowing hot air , never will be back pand should of read the Google reviews and probably of never booked.

Facility and cleanliness cant go wrong. Car park and location is spot on
They took a further £15 off my deposit for laundry allegedly. As my partner got a little makeup on the blanket. No where does it mention extra charges for laundry. You'd think sheets get changed regardless of being dirty or not for the next client. But clearly another way to make money. On top of the £3 they already take for "service" charge. So a further £18 deducted from deposit on top of obviously what you've already paid for the room
