No respetaron nuestra reservación, no nos dieron otras opciones y se negaron a realizar un reembolso ya que la reservación se hizo a través de la app, pésimo servicio y la atención horrible

Recomedable para llegar a descansar mientras estas de visita

Habitación limpia, pero poco deteriorada, faltan toma corrientes para cargar los celulares. Sugiero cambiar los colchones, están muy sucios, pero con las sábanas limpias, pudimos dormir

The didnt have a night watch so you had to be back in your room at 11 pm, not much fun if your on vacation

Mi reservación ya estaba pagada y no tenían habitaciones disponibles, no me resolvieron nada y me dejaron en la calle. Metí reclamo con hoteles.com ya que no me quisieron reembolsar nada y para que me regresarán el dinero a través de la aplicación

Rooms are utilitarian, space is tight but you are not there to sit around when there is so much to do or just sit in a cafe and watch the day pass. It is center to all the beach community. Food, drinks, and shopping

La ubicación está excelente, pero no tienen estacionamiento, tiene uno que dejar su auto en la calle. La mayoría de las habitaciones están en planta alta, así que si tienes algún problema de movilidad, no te lo recomiendo, bastante escaleras.

Me gustó ,hospedarme todo muy limpio y en buenas condiciones, está todo muy cerca, también la playa

Me apagaban siempre el aire acondicionado y tenía que abrir la ventana un día me fueron a tocar que cerrara la ventana cuando el aire estaba apagado

The staff was great he even spoke great English opened up the front gate for me at 4:30 in the morning and called me a taxi I want to send him a gift I’m that indebted to him!!

Este hotel deja a sus huespedes afuera a dormir si los turistas deciden salir de fiesta despues de las 11 de la noche cierran su puerta con candado y se hacen los dormidos para pretender que no hay nadie en la recepcion y no le importa ni la seguridad ni las pertenencias de sus propios huespedes. Levantare mi queja ante la PROFECO de la ciudad de mexico

Beware - This is not a Hotel. We got room #3. To get to this room you walk through the families kitchen and laundry room. They hang their clothes and pile their dishes directly outside your window (this is the “view”). They also operate a late night barbershop out of this laundry room. At midnight one night I asked the “barber” to please turn down music so we can sleep; he laughed at me and kept “working”. This room would be ok if the expectation was set that you are living with a family in their laundry room. But this is not a “hotel” and not even close to worth the $86 american per night. After that incident we asked for another room. It turns out there is some better rooms not located in their kitchen. The other rooms are better but it made their decision to make us live in their laundry room for 3 nights that much more confusing and upsetting. The “better” room still had no mirror, ac didn’t work, no place to put clothes other than on the floor. I’ve seen a lot of funky rooms down here but never had an experience like this. Much better value at the hundreds of actual hotels in the area. Front desk is run by a very nice 13 year old girl but never saw any parents around. Very weird week for us. Would not recommend even for half the price.

I spent a week in the OYO Hotel Posada Lys over the New Year. It was a last minute booking and my expectations were low. The hotel is basic, with small rooms without windows and no wardrobe to unpack your stuff. It does offer AC and WiFi and the rooms are cleaned daily, but you will have to chase staff for clean towels. There is no restaurant or Coffee or Tea facilities, but you can purchase softdrinks in the reception area and there is a supermarket close by. - The best thing about this hotel is the location in the heart of Zihuatanejo and close to the water front.

The hotel is ok, there's better hotels around the area. The front of the hotel looks really nice, the inside not so much. I got a room in the back next to the stove and sink. I guess a family runs it or owns it, but it felt more of a home than hotel. The shower doesn't get good water pressure, good AC.

I had a reservation and when i went to check in they said i didn't have a reservation
