Great hotel, would definately recommend/return!
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Very clean, comfortable, lovely pool and restaurant area. The staff were very friendly. Quiet area and only a 5 minute walk into the main centre of Ksamil with lots going on. Breakfast buffet was amazing also!

Cons:

Our air conditioning system was malfunctioning in our room. We informed reception and they were very accommodating and moved us to a different room as it was a complicated fix. The room we moved to was much smaller than our previous however the hotel refunded us the difference in room price which was great. Thank you!

Book now, you won’t regret it!
Pros:

We had a problem with the previous hotel booked, we booked this within 10 minutes of us arriving. It was almost meant to be as we had the best time here. The hotel was beautiful and clean, room/balcony was fabulous. The lady on reception ( sorry I didn’t get her name ) was very lovely. The food was delicious (amazing chefs ) and our Waiter, Leo, was amazing! He was there everyday, whilst we was. He went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed- even when we was relaxing around the pool! We had a great laugh with Leo. Thank you to all staff here, you won’t regret booking this hotel!

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike.

Pros:

La chambre est grande, il y a une climatisation. Hotel un peu excentré donc on est plus tranquilles tout en étant proche du centre (5min à pieds du centre, 10min de la plage). La piscine est agréable et le personnel adorable et très gentil. La petit-déjeuner est basique, mais il fait l'affaire.

Cons:

Il y a eu un bruit de moteur du ventilateur du climatiseur (qui venait de dehors) pendant tout notre sejour, malheureusement c'était un peu pénible la nuit car on l'entendait bien.
La porte de la salle de bains qui s'ouvre à 3/4 à cause du bloque-porte. On s'est pris la poignée à plusieurs reprises. Ce serait bien de le mettre plus proche du mur.

Excellent emplacement au calme dans ksamil et à proximité des commerces plage à pied. Très bon petit-déjeuner et original. Stationnement gratuit devant l'hôtel. Piscine avec transats suffisants . Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Manque une chaise ou dd quoi poser dans la chambre.

Wspaniały, niezapomniany pobyt
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, wszystko w zasięgu spaceru. Cicha okolica. Basen czynny 24h, bardzo miły i pomocny personel, czysto, komfortowo, codziennie inne fantastyczne śniadania, nie było problemu z parkowaniem ani WiFi.

Alles aan dit hotel is fantastisch!
Pros:

Wat een verademing is dit hotel! Alles is ontzettend goed onderhouden, modern en brandschoon. Het ruime zwembad met fijne ligbedden is heerlijk en het personeel is opvallend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben gebruikgemaakt van de wasservice (€5) en kregen onze was zelfs netjes gevouwen terug.
Elke dag werd alles zichtbaar grondig schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt is echt uitzonderlijk: creatief, gevarieerd en ontzettend lekker, met bovendien een ruime keuze aan koffies die ook erg goed zijn.
De kamers zijn comfortabel en praktisch ingericht, met een fijn zitje en een handig droogrekje op het balkon, een ruime douche en comfortabele bedden. Een klein maar prettig detail is het moderne paneel bij de deur waarmee je kunt aangeven of je kamer schoongemaakt mag worden of je niet gestoord wilt worden; iets wat echt bijdraagt aan de algehele ervaring.
Extra bonus is de ondergrondse parkeergarage zodat je auto goed koel blijft!
Kortom: als je een verblijf in Ksamil zoekt, hoef je echt niet verder te zoeken. Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader en maakt je verblijf compleet. Als extra tip: wij vonden Ksamil zelf ook echt veel gemoedelijker en prettiger dan de sfeer in Sarandë, dat voor ons een stuk drukker en minder ontspannen aanvoelde.

Cons:

Alleen een kleinigheidje: De regendouche in de kamer heeft denk ik te weinig druk voor een dergelijke douchekop en mag een keer een beetje onderhouden worden aangezien ie alle kanten op sproeit, maar je hebt nog een handdouche die meer dan prima werkt. Verder niks op te merken!

Everyone was super lovely, it was absolutely spotless and had an amazing breakfast. The location was fantastic just a short walk to the different beaches and lots of bars and restaurants. The pool area was lovely too

Oasi di benessere a Ksamil

Il Blue water è una vera oasi di pace e benessere a Ksamil, abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni e ci ha colpito il livello di pulizia, attenzione al cliente da parte dello staff e in particolare dal titolare sempre presente e accogliente. La piscina è spaziosa e sempre pulita, le camere sono arredate con cura così come gli spazi esterni molto belli, tutto è nuovo e piacevole. La vera ciliegina sulla torta è la ristorazione, il cibo è fantastico, tutto fresco, stagionale, la colazione è stata superlativa, abbiamo anche cenato ed è stata per noi una cena squisita! Ci torneremo 😍
