Un aparthotel care ilustrează perfect lăcomia dezvoltatorilor imobiliari din această țară
Pros:

Clădire nouă, aspect modern și camere spațioase. Din fotografii și la prima impresie pare o proprietate care promite mult. Din păcate, realitatea confirmă încă o dată rețeta devenită clasică în România: se construiește repede, se vinde scump și se economisește la absolut orice detaliu care ține de confortul clientului.

Cons:

Apartamentele par proiectate și mobilate de oameni care nu au petrecut niciodată o noapte într-o cameră de hotel. La intrare nu există un simplu cuier pentru haine, iar în duș lipsește inclusiv un suport pentru săpun sau șampon. Sunt detalii banale, care costă câțiva euro, dar care spun multe despre atenția acordată oaspeților.

Cireașa de pe tort este cafeaua instant oferită în cameră. Într-un aparthotel nou, care încearcă să se poziționeze într-o categorie superioară, să primești pliculețe de cafea instant în 2026 este aproape ridicol. Este genul de economie meschină care transmite foarte clar care sunt prioritățile managementului.

Micul dejun a fost, fără exagerare, unul dintre cele mai slabe întâlnite în ultimii ani...Ouăle pluteau în ulei și arătau complet neapetisant. Baconul nu era nici prăjit, nici crocant, ci mai degrabă înăbușit. Cârnăciorii păreau aleși după criteriul „cel mai ieftin produs disponibil”, având o calitate foarte slabă. Produsele de patiserie, deși păreau proaspete, lăsau în gură un gust puternic de făină, o experiență pe care nu am mai întâlnit-o până acum. Ce sa mai zic despre calitatea untului unde filmul protector din plastic ti se rupea in mana pana apucai sa dezvalui produsul de la interior sau gemurile propuse.,.ma apuca rasul si acum cand imi amintesc.

Per total, acest aparthotel este imaginea perfectă a unei investiții făcute cu focus aproape exclusiv pe randament și marketing. Totul arată bine în poze, însă lipsa atenției pentru detalii, economiile făcute la fiecare pas și un mic dejun dezamăgitor transformă experiența într-una mult sub așteptările create. Un exemplu aproape didactic despre cum să tai costuri până când afectezi direct experiența clientului.

A nice location to try if you are around Iasi!
Pros:

The location is nice it has some good humidifies and the staff was very friendly, the prices for food and drinks were fair. Overall a nice pleasant location for a short vacation.

Cons:

The room was noisy as its right on the main street and we had a street facing room.
the room was not properly dark at night and the hotel lights on the balcony could not be closed.

Superbe hotel
Pros:

Fortement recommandé !!! Superbe hotel, très agréable, accueillant, lumineux, décoré avec goût et extrêmement propre, tant dans les espaces communs que dans les chambres. Nous avons sejourné 4 jours dans une grande suite qui était parfaite, avec beaucoup de rangement, d'espace, de lumière et même une petite terrasse sans vis-à-vis. Ménage fait tous les jours, mini-bar approvisionné régulièrement et personnel très serviable. La restauration est également de qualité (point à améliorer: mettre du vrai jus d'oranges fraîches au petit-déjeuner à la place du jus chimique). L'hotel est situé dans un quartier calme et verdoyant, à moins de 10 minutes du cœur de la ville en Uber.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas du vrai jus d'oranges pressées au petit-déjeuner.

Чудовий готель для зупинки на короткий період, тут чисто, є все необхідне для відпочинку і дуже смачна кухня в ресторані

Cons:

Мені все сподобалось! Та провсяк зверніть увагу на локацію, без авто до центру міста буде незручно добиратись
