Pros:

Приятен хотел,с асансьор,чист и с много добра закуска.Любезен персонал.

Cons:

В 16 часа стаята още не беше изчистена при настаняването .И след това видяхме,че нямаше горни чаршафи.Поискахме на рецепцията и ни донесоха.След това нямаше повече проблеми.

The staff are friendly.
The location is relatively close to the metro.
There is a small market nearby that meets basic needs.

Cons:

1. The photos do not reflect the reality. The rooms are actually very small, and I do not understand why they appear much larger in the photos, or whether special editing programs were used.
2. The hotel owner was not very cooperative. I booked two rooms because we were a family of four: two parents and two children. I had requested well in advance, through email, that the rooms be next to each other. He confirmed that he would do his best to accommodate my request. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the two rooms were quite far apart. This made us feel worried throughout our stay, especially during our rest and sleeping hours. Unfortunately, he was also not cooperative when I asked to cancel the reservation.
3. The room cleaning service needs to be requested every time. You have to remind them whenever you want the room cleaned.
4. The elevator is extremely poor and very slow. It can barely accommodate more than three people. It feels more like a small lift for a basement than a proper hotel elevator.

Pros:

1. The location was ideal for those who are staying in Istanbul to see the sights. The tram station is close by, as well as the metro station.
2. The breakfast that was served every morning could be seen by some people as repetitive but it was delicious and nutritious in my opinion.
3. The staff was always ready to help, giving us tips and recommendations about how to reach a certain location.

Cons:

We lived in room 103 for most of our stay there and there were definitely some issues:
1. the hair dryer while functioning looks like it's hanging by a thread, it's scary to use it.
2. the door to the bathroom didn't close properly.
3. the shower hose was leaking all the time.
4. there was this unpleasant smell in the bathroom as if someone was smoking in a room above us.

On our last day we were asked to move to room 404 which is a massive upgrade from the previous room! This room is actually really good, everything was working properly, so our last day in Floransa City Hotel was spent in a really good room!

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Straßenbahn Station in der Nähe. Freundliche Mitarbeiter ( Yakup an der Rezeption) generell sind alle freundlich gewesen. Von Zimmer sieht man nur eine Wand, hat ins aber nicht gestört. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Groß und ganz eine schöne bequeme und kostengünstige Hotel. Kann man empfehlen. Ich kann wieder hin.
