The location was good and first impression was good

Cons:

Check in was a mess. Needed to do it online (couldn’t) and then it took 30 mins to get a code to room doors from the reception team. There was no hot water in the shower and the cleaning was poor. The room coffee machine was so dirty it could not poor the coffee for limescale. The disco on the roof was so loud it was making all the furniture vibrate and our rooms were 2 floors lower. No breakfast option (cafe said no food) and lobby bar was always closed.

We enjoyed our stay there very much.
Pros:

Location was good, it was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only bad thing was my husband got locked out of the hotel late one night. I guess there’s a certain code to use, which he didn’t know. I had my phone turned off so I didn’t get his call. He finally got a hold of someone who gave him the code.

My wife and I loved the hotel. Just wish it had its own parking instead trying to find a place to park
Pros:

It was in the city and convenient for our song being in the hospital

Cons:

We have been trying to get a room with a bathtub and both rooms were out of service. The executive room I had one of the curtains were broken and laying on the floor. The furniture out on the balcony could have been in better shape. They had ice buckets but no ice machine.

The location is great. The roof top bar is beautiful !

Cons:

The contactless faculty is why I recommend not booking here. We didn’t have assistance when leaving. We had a car in valet parking and nobody was there to help us with our car we had to wait till staff showed up ( somebody that wasn’t even in valet or associated with the hotel helped us). Thank goodness we didn’t have a plane to catch.

Pros:

Hotel run by AI. When things went wrong, frequently in 2 days, like code not working to enter our room, there was additional anxiety of where to find a human to help with an urgent need! The facility and rooftop restaurant were OK as was the Cafe.

Cons:

Warm living human beings running the place. The hotel's parking was difficult to arrange, again shortage of humans. There was no easy way to add parking for the 2nd day when the first 24 hours had passed. A couple hours of our precious time was wasted.

Great Location to Downtown and UVA, modern, cool rooftop hotel but lacks staff

I love our spacious rooms. I love the location - walking distance to downtown, and UVA. Great coffee next door. Very quiet

Cons:

Lack of staff at the front desk, self parking is not free, requested 30 minutes late checkout but they were not flexible, even if the hotel is obviously not fully occupied.
