It’s just weird. It’s a ghost hotel. The place never opened for breakfast, for example - the chef was there, but he just sat there in the lobby because no one else turned up, and the cafe associated with the kitchen also didn’t open up so he just sat there. There’s a full bar and coffee area, but no one working there. There’s a person near the door for some hours every day, but who knows when. It’s all digital check in and there’s no one to ask anything to when you need it. And maybe that doesn’t sound bad, but as I said, the hotel is weird. You will have questions. There will be things that are broken. The water pressure will confuse you, the sound from the pipes concern you, and the music in the lobby is 90s rap, while the decor is styled in pastel velours and angular, minimal, uncomfortable furniture. Weird.
Really lovely interior. My room was clean while curated with a lot of nice little touches.

The location was good and first impression was good
Check in was a mess. Needed to do it online (couldn’t) and then it took 30 mins to get a code to room doors from the reception team. There was no hot water in the shower and the cleaning was poor. The room coffee machine was so dirty it could not poor the coffee for limescale. The disco on the roof was so loud it was making all the furniture vibrate and our rooms were 2 floors lower. No breakfast option (cafe said no food) and lobby bar was always closed.

Location was good, it was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only bad thing was my husband got locked out of the hotel late one night. I guess there’s a certain code to use, which he didn’t know. I had my phone turned off so I didn’t get his call. He finally got a hold of someone who gave him the code.
Not having a front desk. There was no one there to help us get in. This is particularly bad for a deaf person.
It was in the city and convenient for our song being in the hospital
We have been trying to get a room with a bathtub and both rooms were out of service. The executive room I had one of the curtains were broken and laying on the floor. The furniture out on the balcony could have been in better shape. They had ice buckets but no ice machine.

The location is great. The roof top bar is beautiful !
The contactless faculty is why I recommend not booking here. We didn’t have assistance when leaving. We had a car in valet parking and nobody was there to help us with our car we had to wait till staff showed up ( somebody that wasn’t even in valet or associated with the hotel helped us). Thank goodness we didn’t have a plane to catch.
