Cons:

Staff should be more professional, skilled and service focused. They do not how to send a pdf copy of tax invoice to their customer. Such a shame!!!!!!!

Staff were amazing, comfy bed and great view and location.

Cons:

The night club directly below until 2:30am and bath/shower was not very clean with soap scum. This was the only downfall!

Pros:

Good check in. Everything was pretty great except the walls are thin.

Cons:

Just the walls and I could hear the man next door snoring the entire time. Could do with some reinforcing and soy d proofing and I'd stay every time.

the location was lovely next to robinson park with amazing dinner options and delightful neighbours

Cons:

The staff were very rude at first with a bland response not even a hello welcome. Do not expect long term customers if you cannot treat new ones with respect.

Great, I will stay there again
Pros:

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. The rooms spotless. Food great, drinks cold.

Cons:

The noise from the music on Friday/Saturday nights will keep you awake

Room 25, the Single from Hell

Cons:

There was so much I disliked ive expressed my review to the hotel.
My three night stay was probably the worst Ive experienced in any hotel for many a year.
I advise anyone reading this not to stay in room 25.
