Property was good until the night club started - they should let u know - music was blaring to 2.34am in the morning.
Thumping thru the floor and walls - very disappointing
The night club music thumping and pumping to 2.34am - no one advised this was going to happen - very poor form. How ridiculous having accommodation directly above a nightclub with no sound proofing
Clean, comfortable, value for money.
No ensuite toilet, couldn’t find a laundry, if it had one. Would be helpful when working away from home.

No breakfast available
I didn't realize but my room had no shower or toilet. I had to use the communal toilets and showers which were not good. The carpet in my room was higher than the corridor carpet and it was very hard to open and shut the door. This was the most annoying feature as I use a walker or walking stick.
Very loud music until 3am, impossible to sleep even on the third floor.
Bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was very central, right in the middle of town.
Room was misleading. There were no photos of our actual room on booking.com so it was assumed the advertised rooms on the website included the one that was booked. Definitely not worth the price. Staff was unhelpful especially when we asked to upgrade to a better room. We were told the other rooms were fully booked but we could see availability for our chosen dates online. Communal showers were very dirty, with floors having dirt trailing into them. 1 shower had no hot water or soap. The shared facilities were severely lacking as there were only 2 toilets and 2 showers to be shared between multiple rooms. Music was constantly playing in the hallways which was loud and lights were left on late into the night which peaked through the closed door of the room. Music from the pub itself was also very loud with no sound proofing.
