Nettes Personal, das bei (später) Ankunft problemlos Zimmertausch ermöglicht hat und die Sauna noch länger angelassen hat

Die Zimmerbeschreibung bei Booking.com war nicht eindeutig - aufgrund der Bilder sind wir von Doppelbett plus Beistellbett ausgegangen, erst bei Ankunft sah man auf den 2. Blick, dass es sich eigentl nur um ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett handelte. War wohl nicht das 1. mal, dass es dieses Missverständnis gab, das Zimmer wurde dann getauscht.

Beautiful location, cozy rooms, wonderful staff.

The location is beautiful. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were done but not clean. There was dust under the sofas and beds. Wardrobes were damp and there were cigarette butts in the balcony not the best, when one is traveling with kids. There’s no air conditioning so that was a big problem as we were hit with extreme warm temperatures.

Pros:

Vi gillade att det fanns en pool, relax avdelning. Vi hade ett familjerum vilket var bra för oss, för fanns tex Micro och ett mini litet kök. Det underlättade för snacks och mat till bebis.

Cons:

Vi (familj med 2 vuxna och 2 små barn) kom dit och hade incheckning klockan 16. Allt var klart men vi fick absolut inte checka in innan klockan 16. Hade säkert sin poäng i det, men rummet var klart- så varför fick vi inte tillgång till det tidigare?
När vi väl fick checka in frågade vi om restaurangen var öppen för kvällen - nej det kunde den absolut inte vara fick vi reda på, för det skulle inte personalen i receptionen inte hinna med den kvällen.
Restaurangen var öppen när vi kom dit men vi fick inte köpa någonting dricka och sätta oss där innan vi checkade in. Vi letade öppettider för restaurangen innan vi skulle checka in men hittade ingen information.
Frukosten var under all kritik. Kaffet var ren kaffesump, juicemaskinen blandade inte juicen längre utan det blev antingen bara koncentrat eller vatten. Maten fylldes på väldigt långsamt vilket gjorde att folk inte fick mat - tex så fyllde men på frukten väldigt långsamt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Busanbindung war hervorragend.

Cons:

Der Bereich des Swimmingpools war sehr kühl, was auch anderen Gästen aufgefallen ist . Einer der Zahnputzgläser war nicht sauber. In dem Glas war noch die Zahnpasta des letzten Gastes. Über eine Reisegruppe, offensichtlich aus China, gab es rassistische Äußerungen.
