This is an Excellent Hotel
Pros:

This hotel was excellent in every way. From the porter to the cleaning staff.. Food was delicious. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Decor was fun and elegant. Please thank everyone for us.The Four Seasons needs to take lessons from you. Great job!

Great location for Philly History Trip!
Pros:

Perfect location! Convenient to tours & historic sites! Very close to Reading Market & high-end dining as well!

Cons:

A little pricey for even a luxury hotel! $700 per night feels a little excessive! Very nice property though! Very clean & comfortable! Excellent staff! Great restaurant!

Our staty was very convenient and pleasant.
Pros:

The property was in a centralized location, staff was attentive and pleasant. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t like the prices were gouged for, all the mirrors were in the restroom and the natural light is wonderful. However, there needs to be better lighting.

Disappointing stay – would not recommend

Main Concerns:
1. Missing basic amenities: no room service, no microwave.
Very slow or unfulfilled requests: over 1 hour for an iron; housekeeping never came (room not cleaned during 3-night stay).
2. Security issue: room door left open after iron delivery.
3.The food in the restaurant was also disappointing.

Staff were friendly, and location (central) and room size were good. However, overall experience was not high-end.

Great location, nice style
Pros:

I love the hip style of this hotel. Location is great - walking distance to all the tourist sites. Staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciated the early check in, upgraded room, and late check out. My room was spacious and comfortable. My only issue was the very loud HVAC. I had breakfast twice in the restaurant and both times it was disappointing.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, all employees were great except check in employee was just OK, seemed distracted, should have told us to expect a credit hold for $150 more than the actual gross room charge.

Great location, attentive staff, and clean rooms
Pros:

Loved the weekend stay at Canopy in Center City. Easily walkable from all the major attractions in this part of Philly. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive (shout out to Devoni, Felicia, and Brianna)! The rooms are tastefully decorated, very cozy, and clean. You have a repeat customer in me!

Great place to stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

This hotel is a beautiful gem. Situated in a perfect spot right next to a lovely center for sitting out in the open air, a quick walk to Reading market for fabulous food, or an easy jaunt to the many significant historical Philadelphia must see areas. Oh, and across from the hotel is a lovely family-owned, fresh, all-natural food market that has great produce to buy for the room. The hotel itself is clean and well decorated with up-to-date art and memorabilia. The room was ritzy enough that we had to ask several times where certain buttons were to turn off lights or on for the ice boxe, lol. The staff were very friendly and pleasant to work with especially Ciara, she went above and beyond to explain everything to us and help us. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel for a great stay.

Hotel molto bello ed elegante, hall di gran gusto e camere abbastanza spaziose. Posizione ottima. Colazione molto buona ma solo à la carte e piuttosto costosa come spesso negli USA.

Cons:

In uno dei giorni del nostro soggiorno non ci è stata rifatta la camera nonostante che avessimo chiesto di ripassare più tardi. Si dovrebbe aggiungere al cartello "do not disturb" anche quello "please make up the room" che non è presente in camera.

In bathroom … no back up toilet paper, only what was on the roll so to speak. Critical. Engineering department brought to room around 1am.

Fantastic team!
Pros:

This is my second time here in a month. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. They have been exceptional both times. My rooms have been nice; but make no mistake, the team at this location are the biggest asset and the stars of the show. I will be back again.
