Pros:

Hotel is overall beautiful and great location

Cons:

Check-in service was not good. We didn't like how the employee treated us. Also, one of the beds in my room was very worn out, so therefore, uncomfortable. As for the rest, great!!

Good location
Pros:

Well located hotel in downtown area, easy walk to Reading market. The room was very small and very dark. Lamps with low light bulbs, totally inadequate for working or reading. Bathroom was great. Housekeeping hit and miss. Reception staff were bordering rude. Reception area very small and inadequate for the number of people checking in and out, especially at busy times. Breakfast very expensive for what it was.

Pick another hotel in the area
Pros:

I stayed here a week ago. Pick another hotel. The WiFi did not work. The phone to the front desk didn’t work. My digital key only occasionally worked. The toilet would not flush very well even with just toilet paper in there. My car was left unattended in the valet area for 45 minutes. I did tell the front desk person at 11:30pm about all of this after the WiFi wasn’t working.

When I complained to the front desk when I was checking out (only stayed one night), the front desk person was like “we are sorry to hear that. Would 40k in points be okay?” Over a week later and still no points. It felt like they just wanted me to go away.

The room was good but there are better cheaper places just a block or two down.

Great Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

This is such a gem of a hotel in Philly. The staff was wonderful and the room was spacious and well laid out. Steve at the bar was excellent. The hotel is very centrally located whether for business or for a historical leisure visit. This will be my go-to hotel in Philly.

Cons:

Upon arrival, rooms were not ready until 7pm. We never received a notification and had to wait around the hotel to finally get into the rooms. The staff was completely overwhelmed. We stayed here during the World Cup which you would think would be managed with even more precision and care but it was the opposite experience. The next day, our rooms were not cleaned (we stayed 3 nights), it took the valet over 1 hour to retrieve our car, and the staff was expressing to patrons how they were going to have breakdowns if this continued. I totally appreciate how hard this work is but paying nearly $2000 to stay there for a few nights and it being a 4-star hotel, one would expect a lot better. The hotel itself is nice, location great, but next time, Hilton, do better.

This is an Excellent Hotel
Pros:

This hotel was excellent in every way. From the porter to the cleaning staff.. Food was delicious. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Decor was fun and elegant. Please thank everyone for us.The Four Seasons needs to take lessons from you. Great job!

Great location for Philly History Trip!
Pros:

Perfect location! Convenient to tours & historic sites! Very close to Reading Market & high-end dining as well!

Cons:

A little pricey for even a luxury hotel! $700 per night feels a little excessive! Very nice property though! Very clean & comfortable! Excellent staff! Great restaurant!
