We stayed in the Basque for seven days. This was a wonderful way to wind up the trip.

Beste B&B die je in die regio zal vinden
Pros:

FANTASTISCH! Super vriendelijke eigenaars (5 broers). Bovenop een berg met mega mooi uitzicht op Bermeo en de zee. Grote mooie propere kamers. Gezelligheid troef door een gemeenschappelijke keuken waar iedereen gebruik van mag maken en dit ook doet. Wij komen sowieso terug. Het ligt ideaal tussen Bilbao en San Sebastian. Beiden bereikbaar binnen redelijke rijtijd.

Pros:

Excellent petit -dejeuner copieux et varié.
Établissement excentré de la ville mais facile d'accès car très bien signalisé; situé dans un cadre de verdure magnifique avec vue sur Bermeo et la mer en contrebas.

Gorgeous view of the Bay of Biscay
Pros:

The hotel accommodates making your meals and had a lovely view over the valley. The room was large and comfortable. We were welcomed and given a tour of the facilities.

Cons:

The remoteness meant that we drove up a twisting, dark road.

Un lugar mágico.
Pros:

El desayuno está muy bueno, igual un poco escaso si desayunas fuerte. Lo mejor el rato que pasas con los dueños que están dispuestos a darte todo tipo de información, ya sea turística, etnológica o el concepto del alojamiento. Los dos días tuvimos muy buenas charlas.
El entorno es maravilloso, poder ver los montes, el mar, los árboles...es complicado describirlo porqué es único.
Una pena que no llevamos comida para usar el txoko porqué no lo vi en la descripción del sitio, porqué es una zona muy agradable para hacerte la cena y comerla ahí mismo.
Un lugar muy especial desde luego con unos caseros estupendos que te transmiten el valor de la llamada.

Cons:

Por decir algo: la ducha.
Carece de lugar para colgar la alcachofa, lo hacen por ahorro de agua, es un eco hotel, pero cuesta acostumbrarse.
