Muy buena ubicación, una terraza- jardín muy agradable y con preciosas vistas de Castillo dos Mouos.
Very friendly staff. Close to the "castle busses". Downtown at walking distance. Free parking nearby.
My stay was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality from Rui and Simão was outstanding—they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the Moorish Castle, which made my stay even more memorable. The breakfast was amazing, with a great assortment of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. My room was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would happily stay here again!

Para ficar em Sintra encontramos sem dúvida o local perfeito. Fica mesmo à entrada do centro por isso fizemos a pé todo o percurso pelos monumentos de Sintra sem problema. O carro ficou estacionado num estacionamento gratuito a uns 200m do hotel.
Os funcionários são do mais simpático e prestáveis que vão encontrar, ajudaram em tudo o que pedi e extras mesmo depois do check out. Vão adorar as pessoas todas., grande abraço para eles

Very friendly welcome, helpful owner, good atmosphere
This is a charming Hotel in the middle of SIntra, The hosts Rue and his son Simao were absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been more help even if they tried. We stayed in the room with a terrace which proved to be a little oasis where ae could sit outside in our own space.
There is little to dislike about this hotel and its owners. If I were to be a little picky then the entrance is up a long set of stairs, but if you do need help with luggage both at the start and end of your stays either Rue or Simao will help you.
The only slight issue is there is no parking on site but there is a very large - and safe - free car park very near by.

Cracked tiles in the bedroom,chips and stains on the furniture,stains on the terrace walls,rooms dismal,lots of stairs to enter,definitely not a spa resort
