Incroyable hôtel particulier avec piscine dans l’arrière cour

La maison style « palazzio » est incroyable
La piscine dans l’arrière cour est également incroyable
Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins.

Go here with children , couples and freinds.Rooms are fab , pool and breakfast outside. Wow.
Pros:

This is a beautiful property for discerning visitors who enjoy a designer room in an uber cool location.
The decor is fantastic , the host is most welcoming and accommodating.
Rooms are huge , cool , immaculate and ideal.

Do not miss this Oasis when near Lecce.

Elegantie op een onverwachte plek
Pros:

Een mooie stadsvilla, waar de eigenaresse ons persoonlijk welkom heette. Ons appartement was heerlijk ruim met mooie designmeubels (uit de jaren 50?). Badkamer was goed en netjes, maar niks bijzonders. Slapen was op de vide. Een heerlijk zwembad en gigantisch dakterras met heerlijke stoelen maakten dit een fijn verblijf.

Cons:

Het bed was eigenlijk een matras op de grond, wat daardoor vrij hard was.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Lecce und der weiteren Umgebung
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvolle Renovierung einer alten Brennerei. Von außen gänzlich unscheinbar, öffnet sich im Innern ein kleines Paradies mit begrüntem Garten, kleinem Schwimmbad und attraktiver Dachterrasse mit Blick über San Cesario. Das Zimmer in einer ehemaligen Hauskapelle mit hohem Deckengewölbe und schönen Deckenmalereien. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Would think long and hard if we wanted to go back.
Pros:

The clean environment.

Cons:

No hot water in the first day so no showers after the long day of travel, had to contact the owner, and the second day water was hot. No slippers on the property so had to keep shoes on all the time and also going to the toilet at night had to wear shoes.
Just to mention that there’s No breakfast.
The bed was upstairs so to get to the toilet one would have to go downstairs on the turning steel steps which was hard and cracking.
There’s a pray cupboard space to use if anyone is a Catholic religion !

Ontbijt was zeer goed, een ruime portie fruit, uiteraard het nodige zoete zoals Italianen het willen als ontbijt ;-)
Roereitje, croissant,...er was meer dan voldoende

Superbe appartement, avec de très belles prestations. Lieu atypique... on a presque voyagé dans le temps.

Cons:

Prévoir en amont le petit déjeuner... il n'y a pas grand chose autour pour faire quelques courses.

Prima locatie.
Pros:

Wat ons het meest beviel was de locatie, 4km van Lecce en in de hoofdstraat van het dorp. Klein dorp met de eerste basis behoeftes, lekkere koffie café’s voor een een ontbijtje met een croissant. Lekkere Pizzeria/ trattoria. Ons appartementje was een beetje klein, geen zitje en wij waren in oktober, dus wel fris ‘s avonds. In de zomer kun je heerlijk op terras zitten bij je appartement. Auto gratis parkeren in de straat.

Cons:

In reviews las ik over het goede ontbijt. Werd ons niet aangeboden. De mieren in de badkamer en wc liep niet goed door. Ze reageerden wel gelijk met poeder tegen de mieren. Maar ze kwamen steeds terug. Wij namen het op de koop toe. Waren veel op pad. Dus niet geen grote ergenis.

Prima als je lekker op jezelf wilt zijn
Pros:

Als de zon schijnt is het een prima accommodatie om af te schakelen. Regent dan is er ook echt niets te doen.

Cons:

De inrichting is erg minimalistisch. Er is alles maar we vonden het niet gezellig. In het dorpje zelf is in oktober niets te doen, slechts 1 restaurant. Je moet echt 10 km naar Lecce rijden voor wat meer activiteit.
