Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews explicitly call the hotel 'well kept' and 'clean'; no cleanliness complaints observed, so rating reflects consistently positive mentions.
Service
8.3
Most reviews praise professional, friendly and accommodating staff (early parking help, attentive service), but one review reports serious staff issues and an unresolved refund, so score is slightly reduced to reflect mixed service reports.
Location
9.4
Location repeatedly described as central, convenient and within walking distance of major sights; many guests highlight this as a strong positive.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms described as comfortable, well designed and with good facilities (large beds, nice décor), but multiple notes about awkward bathroom layout, shower/toilet separation and corridor noise lower the room score slightly.
Amenities
9
Guests mention rooftop bar, gym, secure parking and high-tech décor positively; amenities are frequently praised and add clear value.
Value for Money
9
Several guests explicitly cite good price/quality ratio and say the hotel is an excellent 4-star choice, supporting a strong value rating.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast repeatedly praised (good selection, fresh products, ability to order omelet/poached eggs), so F&B is rated highly with minor variation between guests.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall sentiment is very positive with many guests saying they'd return, but isolated negatives (refund/staff issue, bathroom layout, noise) temper the perfect score.

Pros:

génial
Pros:
