I was really impressed how helpful and empathetic the staff were when we arrived in the hotel. We were so dead tired after having traveled 20 hours straight, thus the staff offered us the possibility to check in the room earlier despite the official time to check-in is 3 pm. Special thanks to the duty manager, Mr. Chan, for prioritizing us with the room preparation- my tired children really appreciated it. The receptionist was the best among all the 5 stars hotels we have stayed in in Taiwan despite it is only a 4 stars hotel. We felt incredibly welcomed! The room was extremely clean, everyday. Thanks to the housekeeper, Ms. Betty! The free laundry service is such a kind gesture and thoughtful of the hotel. We enjoyed our first week of visiting Taiwan in your stylish hotel and warm hospitality, and we will certainly return again!
Nothing
The hotel was very clean and the staff are all very friendly. Perhaps one down side is that they don't have an in-dining experience though Starbucks is just at their hotel lobby and McDonald's is just right across. The train station and bus stops are also very close to the hotel! I'd definitely come back! And oh! They've got very thoughtful staff who went the extra mile to make a little surprise for our 1st wedding anniversary! That's so sweet of them!

Great location opposite the metro exit, near many eateries and convenience stores
Housekeeping was completed late on a couple of occasions, which we didn't mind. However, while waiting in the lobby for our room to be serviced (this was at 5pm after being out the whole day), we were asked by the front desk staff to purchase a drink in order to remain seated. Given that we were hotel guests staying for five nights and the seating area wasn’t crowded, this felt unnecessary and left a negative impression.
