Comfy beds. Close to disneyland
Good location to Disney and breakfast
Ask for towels and shower gel on multiple occasions and didn’t turn up until prompted again. Also toilet was blocked with tissue and came up to hand me a plunger to sort myself. Not a great experience. Oh and again had to wait over 15 minutes for some boiling water to make a tea.

Bathroom door and lock was broken. Got stuck in the bathroom with my daughter until someone could let us out.
Good but too far from everything
Location was good. A short 10 minute walk from Disneyland parks. Plenty of food and shops a short drive from the hotel.
We booked for 6 people, on arrival only beds were made up for 4 people. When we called reception to ask if they could make up the 5th / 6th person's bed we were told they don't do that, but we could come and grab some bedding to do it ourselves. If I have booked for 6 people, I expect enough beds for 6 people to be made up on arrival. Parking was expensive.
Nice and clean
A little out of the way
We recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Anaheim near Disney with our family, and this was actually our second time staying here. Overall, it was another great experience.
The room was very clean, and housekeeping really stood out—they were always on top of everything and kept the room in excellent condition throughout our stay. The runners were also quick and efficient whenever we needed something, which made things super convenient.
The front desk experience was just okay overall, but I have to give a special shoutout to Mel and Dahra—they are AMAZING. I remembered them from our last stay and made sure to leave another comment for them because they truly stand out. Mel checked us out and was so friendly and genuinely helpful, and both of them made a lasting impression on our visit.
My only suggestion would be to start breakfast a bit earlier. It would make it much easier for guests trying to get to the parks early for rope drop.
We’d definitely consider staying here again!
This is our fourth trip using element hotel, and we have had the pleasure of working with Darah almost each, and every time . She has been wonderful to work with, my family and I truly enjoy our stay there . He have 4 children and book the room with bunk beds . Can’t find a better hotel in town that can accommodate and so close to Disneyland. Darah thank you for all your help always.
It was really nice and clean, and it looked beautiful. It was also close to Disneyland.
There is very limited parking. When we got there we didn’t have parking and half to talk to the front desk. I would have also liked if the parking was included with the price.

I recently stayed at the Element Anaheim for 6 nights (5 nights originally booked, plus one extension). The hotel was nearly at capacity, so the same room type wasn’t available for the extra night, but the amazing front desk attendant Darah proactively adjusted my room type to make it work before I even had a chance to ask.
I’ve stayed here multiple times and keep coming back for the spotless cleanliness, solid breakfast, unbeatable proximity to Disneyland, and consistently excellent staff. Highly recommend!
I didn’t like that when you asked them to clean your room they never cleaned my room. I didn’t like the price of parking. I think it’s ridiculous over $300 for four nights is crazy for 2 vehicles.
I liked its proximity to the theme parks. Laundry services easy to use.
While it is “dog friendly”, i wouldn’t stay there with dogs again. We were several floors up, in the middle of the building.
