Amazing sta in the heart of Trapani

Great hotel, location and service.
Pros:

Great hotel, location and service.  
We booked a standard room, but they upgraded us to a superior room, which was one of the old style rooms in the hotel (204).  It was decorated very nice but it was a very nosey room as you could hear everything from the hall, elevator and street.  After 2 nights we upgraded to a deluxe room (121) and this room was updated, spacious and quiet which met our needs much better.  Breakfast was wonderful with everything you needed to start the day off right.  Great coffee and great service from the lovely girls there.  Rooftop view is great and although the pool is tiny it is all you need to cool off and we always managed to get a sun chair.  You are within walking distance to the beach (3 mins), city centre/old town (10 mins), and the train station (10 mins).  The staff were nice and knowledgeable, and the afternoon/night receptionist, he was always great with recommendations and happy to help.  We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great stay, we’d do it again!
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful and very well located. Parking was easy to find right next to the hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries.

Great location, great rooftop pool, fantastic staff
Pros:

Superb location, friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great and the view unbeatable. Would definitely return again and recommend to others visiting the area. Breakfast was a great spread and again staff super attentive.

Cons:

The first room we were given (1st floor) had a fairly unpleasant / musty smell from the bathroom which we told reception about and they moved us to the third floor with no issue to a smaller but well appointed room (Grazie Mille!)

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Located close to a beach with a few restaurants outside, 5 mins walk from the main bars and restaurants, room was good and AC worked well. The roof top bar and pool were excellent altough a little expensive compared to nearby bars.
Staff were really good and helped with our onward connections.
The better beaches with sunbeds are a bit further out and may need a taxi / bus. The port is easily reachable on foot.
Breakfast was fine and in a nice courtyard.

Piscine appréciable même si toute petite.

Not meeting our expectations
Pros:

Good location for when you come by car- large public parking next door.

Cons:

The luxe room we booked smelt quite badly and also the airconditioning did not work properly (changing temperature did not seem to work). The airconditioning was hidden behind the curtains which blocked the airflow. The pool on the top floor is super small for the number of guests in the hotel. It closes already at 7pm. The breakfast buffet does not have a lot of choices and looks rather cheap. In general the hotel felt a bit cold and impersonal to us, no pleasant atmosphere.

Just Returned From A Wonderful Two Weeks Stay At Room Of Andrea With My Husband, Beautiful Boutique Hotel With Lovely Character and Perfect Location, Service Was Good, So Was Breakfast, Would Definitely Recommend, Very Clean , Anderson Smelt Lovely All Through The Hotel .

Cons:

noisy windows did not seal outside noise well, and the breakfast lady was amazing, but the quality and quantity left one digging for scraps. a few boiled eggs would have a difference to the 'plasticized' fried eggs. rooftop pool to crowded.
