A very disappointing experience, especially for €162 per night. I would not recommend this place.
Pros:

The pool is great, but there were no towels available for the pool.

Cons:

The room was not particularly clean. It is quite old, with marks and stains on the walls. The kitchenware is in poor condition, and the toaster was extremely dirty. Although there is a kitchen with some dishes, there wasn’t even a sponge or any dishwashing liquid. No tissues or paper towels. There were only two small bottles of water in the fridge. There was an ironing board, but no iron. There was also no drying rack for clothes.

The included breakfast was the cheapest option on the menu: one egg, one slice of bacon, three pieces of cheese, bread, butter, and tea (no coffee). There was no breakfast for our child — the staff didn’t offer her anything at all.

By the way, the restaurant prices are quite high — we paid €50 for two salads, dumplings from the kids’ menu, two lemonades, water, and an Americano.

The parking situation is a joke. I had to drive around the block twice before finding a spot on the side of the road.

The staff seemed completely indifferent and didn’t seem to care about anything.

Pros:

Eerlijk gezegd kan ik niets noemen wat mij tijdens mijn verblijf positief is bevallen. De accommodatie heeft op meerdere essentiële punten ernstig tekortgeschoten. Gezien de hoge prijs, de gebrekkige service, de beperkte schoonmaak en handdoekenservice, de lange wachttijden en zelfs het ontbreken van warm water, vind ik het bijzonder moeilijk om hier iets positiefs over te zeggen. Mijn verwachtingen zijn absoluut niet waargemaakt.

Cons:

Er waren helaas meerdere zaken die mij ernstig tegenvielen aan de accommodatie. De prijs staat naar mijn mening absoluut niet in verhouding tot de geboden service en kwaliteit. Het ontbijt van 850 TL per dag biedt nauwelijks variatie, de wachttijden in het restaurant zijn veel te lang en het personeel komt regelmatig ongemotiveerd over.

Daarnaast vind ik het onacceptabel dat er bij het zwembad geen handdoekenservice is en dat handdoeken op de kamer en de kamer zelf slechts één keer per drie dagen worden verzorgd. Ook het ontbreken van geschikte stopcontacten voor internationale gasten is erg onpraktisch.

Een bijzonder ernstig punt was het ontbreken van warm water omdat de boiler niet was aangezet. Dit is een basisvoorziening die simpelweg beschikbaar hoort te zijn.

Al deze punten samen hebben ervoor gezorgd dat mijn verblijf zeer teleurstellend was. Voor een accommodatie in deze prijsklasse verwacht ik aanzienlijk betere service, hygiëne, organisatie en aandacht voor de behoeften van de gasten.

price performance was adequate but the pool
Pros:

STAFF and Restaurant

Cons:

During our stay, the swimming pool was disappointing. There were constantly bees, flies and other insects floating in the water, suggesting that the pool filtration and cleaning system was inadequate. These insects remained in the pool for long periods and were not removed regularly by the staff, which made using the pool unpleasant.

More concerning was a serious safety issue. One of the metal handrails leading into the pool had become loose because its fixing bolts had come out. This created a significant risk of injury, especially for children and elderly guests. Despite the obvious danger, it took around three days before it was repaired. During that time, guests continued to use the damaged handrail.

For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better maintenance and much faster action regarding guest safety. While we enjoyed other aspects of our stay, these issues should not be ignored and need to be addressed.

Een van beste mijn vakantie geweest
Pros:

Er was netjes mooie zwembaden binnen en buiten dat was hotel appartement en we kunnen ook wat keuken , wifi in kamer en buiten kamer in hele hotels, ontbijt en diner was heerlijk wij zijn heel blij dat hebben die hotel geboekt en gekozen.

Cons:

Blijkbaar sommige hotels kamers haden geen kluisjes en afzuigkap had geen ventilator, dat was enge negatieve ding maar ik heb gehoord van receptie die kamers zijn nieuw gebouwd.

Genel olarak her şeyden memnun kaldık. Tekrar tekrar geleceğimiz, bol dinlenmeli ve huzurlu bir tatil oldu bizim için. Resepsiyon personelleri, spa personelleri çok çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

restorantındaki bir tane bayan garson ilk gün bize ters davrandı ve yanlış anlaşılmayı ifade etmemizi bile beklemeden bize resepsiyona yönlendirdi. Sorunumuz hızlıca çözüldü ancak tavrı hiç hoş değildi ve çok kabaydı. Bir diğer sorunumuz ise odamızdaki sabunluğun ara sıra mekanizması takılıyordu ve sabun az geliyordu veya hiç gelmiyordu. Biz de sabunun bittiğini düşünerek sabun rica ettik ama yönlendirilen bayan da gayet kaba bir biçimde "elinize alsaydınız anlardınız dolu olduğunu" gibi bir cümle kurdu. Bu iki durum dışında da yoğun iş temposundan uzaklaşabildiğimiz, çok keyif aldığımız 4 gün oldu

Cons:

Čistota sprchového koutů by mohla být vyšší. Starý silikon na kterém je plíseň. Velmi zklamán jsem byl ze snídaně která byla v ceně ubytování. Po usednutí ke stolu personál ukázal digitální menu které vypadalo úžasně avšak kompletně placené na dotaz jak to vlastně je s se snídani která je v ceně ubytování. Tak nám bylo řečeno že vlastně si nemůžeme vybrat z tohoto menu ale dostaneme standard obecně chuťově byla dobrá bylo toho málo avšak pouze voda a čaj k pití ostatní např. džus nebo káva je za příplatek což u hotelu tohoto rozměru absolutně neodpovídá. Oficiálně snídaně od 8:00 ale na stůl byla přinesena až v 8:40. Toto je recenze na systémové řešení nikoli na ochotu personálu. Personál je ochotný.
