Good place
Hard to get by walking
Everything was awesome: the breakfast, friendly staff, the room, and the view from the rooftop terrace. Our train arrived early in the morning, so we left our luggage at the hotel and went for a walk. The staff said they would message us when the room was ready, and we were able to check in before the official check-in time.
The hotel is located in our favorite district of Tbilisi, Avlabari, very close to the city center and Metekhi Bridge.

Staff.. very nice. Bed was huge. Had balcony. Better than hotel opposite it!
Nothing. Room was quiet.
The hotel was only 10min walk from the main tourist area, but across the river, so the area was quiet and safe. The room was very clean, and breakfast had a large variety.
Shower was 'lucratively warm water'. We asked the reception to check it, but it didn't get fixed, and there was no follow-up from the reception.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable large bed. We especially liked the bathtub on the balcony—it was a lovely bonus after long walks in Tbilisi. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Holy Trinity Church, Queen Darejan’s Palace, and the modern park near Europe Square. It takes 10-15 minutes by foot to get to the city centre.
We loved everything about this hotel. The service, the rooms and the location etc were all perfect. We would strongly recommend it.
Great location, close to Avlabari Square, with a metro station. Good atmohphere. Comfortable rooms. Reasonable value. Very clean facilities. Not noisy. Good service in general, but breakfast should improve, for example the variety and quality of fruit. Nice amenities.
