Прекрасное расположение! Вид на реку просто сказочный.Старый город в 5 минутах хотьбы.Для прогулок и осмотра достопримечательностей -самое удобное место.Если ездить по делам, то лучше на такси ( яндекс, болт работают отлично) такси подъезжает к самому отелю, удобно.Больше всего понравился вид из номера на реку, это потрясающе.Мы жили в улучшенном 2 местном номере с балконом и видом на реку.В целом отель понравился,были нюансы незначительные, но это мелочи.Я завтрак не брала, муж ходил на завтрак 2 раза.В первый раз нормально, во второй завтрак не понравился.Номер на самом деле небольшой, но на было нормально.Убирались хорошо.Персонал- отличный! Помогали с любыми просьбами и вопросами.Я очень довольна и рекомендую этот отель.Вообщем мы рады,что остановились здесь.))))
Маленькте недостатки, которые компенсировались удобством расположения, потрясающим видом с балкона и прекрасным персоналом отеля, особенно девочкам на ресепшен огромное спасибо))

die Lage war sehr gut - in einer ruhigen Sackgasse fussläufig zum Zentrum. Die Einrichtung war neu und sauber.
Frühstück: sehr enttäuschend: ein Raum ohne Fenster und nur mit wenig Platz. Hauptbestandteile fehlen (z.B. kein frisches Brot mehr ab 9Uhr, Milch für Zerealien fehlt generell, keine Marmelade), getrocknetes Obst ist sandig, bestätigtes veganes Angebot gab es dann leider nicht ("sorry we dont have Oats"). Wir waren dann auswärts frühstücken.
Fluss-Sicht: deutlich überbewertet, da der Verkehrslärm an der gegenüberliegenden Seite recht laut ist und zumindest 1x (bei niedrigem Pegel) der Fluss unangenehm gerochen hat.

The location is a real highlight—perfectly situated for exploring Tbilisi, yet tucked away in a quiet, unassuming neighbourhood. While it doesn’t offer a large or ultra-luxury “boutique” hotel feel, it’s a very pleasant and comfortable option for a short city stay. Breakfast is somewhat limited, but thoughtfully prepared and well done. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a convenient, well-located base to explore the city, with most key areas just a short walk away.
Despite confirming an airport pickup in advance (at 5am, traveling with a 3-year-old), there was no driver upon arrival. When we contacted the hotel, they mentioned they had done what they could and that the driver was unresponsive, which felt a bit dismissive given the situation. The rooms are also quite small, especially for families or those traveling with multiple bags. Once we had our luggage open, it was difficult to move around comfortably. This experience was disappointing overall. We had initially booked another two nights for our return to Tbilisi, but decided to change our accommodation after this.
