Okay for one or two nights
Pros:

Muhammed was very nice and professional. He tried to solve any problem. The massage and spa service is very good.

Cons:

The room was not super clean since there were tiny ants that the staff tried to erradicate. The shower needed maintenance. Also the room had some deteriorated parts.

Lokalizacja super, obsługa bardo miła i pomocna

Cons:

Pokój super mały, klimatyzacja przestała działać i nie szło wytrzymać w pokoju, śniadanie bardo słabe. Hotel w bardo dobrej lokalizacji ale w nocy głośno. Zdjęcie przedstawia całe śniadanie dla dwóch osób.

Cons:

After checking in I went to the toilet, but it didn't flush properly, so we told the staff. They came saw that it was not working, said that it had been working just before and made us wait while they tried to fix it. Since we wanted to go out I asked if they could just give us another room and they did. Checking the toilet there I saw it was dirty, so we told them to please clean it while we were out. The response was something along the lines of that can not be, implying clearly that the guy thought we were being difficult. We insisted that they should clean while we were out. On return the toilet was still dirty.

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte in questa struttura. La mattina seguente, dovendo partire prima dell'orario previsto per la colazione, il personale si è prodigato per prepararci comunque qualcosa da mangiare. Sono stati davvero molto gentili e accoglienti.

Very helpful and friendly staff, conveniently located to public transport
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, all of them. Centrally located to ferry and to metro going to european side and sabiha airport. A lot of restaurants and shops, banks etc. nearby

Cons:

Hotel is located next to a very busy area with vivid nightlife. If you are sensitive to noise and music, probably not the best choice.

A genuinely warm welcome and great location, unfortunately overshadowed by unacceptable cleanliness.
Pros:

The location is great, and we received such a warm welcome from the manager/owner. He was incredibly kind and sweet, and welcomed us with tea and a little snack, which was a lovely touch and made a wonderful first impression.

Cons:

Unfortunately, things went downhill as soon as we entered the room. First, the hotel itself is quite difficult to find, as you actually have to enter through the restaurant.

More importantly, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There were greasy handprints and stains all over the walls, which was honestly disgusting. In the bathroom, we even found used toilet paper under the sink cabinet.

Then, when we wanted to go to bed, we realized that the bed didn’t have proper sheets. I went to the front desk to explain the situation and was initially told that the room would be cleaned “tomorrow” — except we were checking out the next morning and obviously still needed a clean bed to sleep in that night.

After some back and forth, they finally agreed to at least bring us a clean sheet for the blanket, as by that point I had given up on getting the room properly cleaned. Unfortunately, the sheet they brought had large visible stains on it. It may very well have been washed and simply permanently stained, but after everything else we had already found in the room, it was extremely difficult to feel comfortable or trust that anything was clean.

I ended up sleeping while trying to touch as little as possible and left as early as I could the next morning.

It’s a real shame because the welcome was genuinely lovely and the owner made a wonderful first impression, but basic cleanliness and clean bedding are the absolute minimum you should be able to expect from a hotel. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not stay here again.
