Location, cleanliness, spaciousness of accommodation and it was wonderfully quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great place for a lone traveller because small number of villas made it more intimate.
Unfortunately my villa's outlook wasn't great. It looked out onto a concrete wall, but I only slept there so not a big problem.

Garden rooms don’t have patio area.
Location is great close by to all things we like to see and do. Its a boutique hotel rather than a villa but the rooms are large and the sea view room is as described.
Air conditioning is noisy and I wish they supplied moisturizer but the supermarket is not far to grab your supplies.

Lage ruhig aber zentral, schöne Anlage mit nur 7 Zimmer, Zimmer 201 mit Meer- und Poolblick fantastisch, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück in hauseigenen Cafe am Strand oder am Pool, Wenn Sanur, dann wieder hier.
Wenn überhaupt war der Preis mit über 200 EUR die Nacht ohne Frühstück für Bali etwas hochpreisig, aber jeden Cent wert.

The staff couldn’t do enough for me, I’ve been going to Bali for 2 decades now,this beautiful little quaint villa was an absolutely breath of fresh air,they get the little things right.
one of the Balinese lady has been working there for 30 years. That speak volume in my world.
I will be bring my grand children back there next year for Papa Yaya’s 70th
It’s on Sanur beach but not exposed to the normal traffic of the walkway, it’s a hidden little oasis
Beautiful property and room, however sprinklers left on constantly leading to flooding of grass.
The staff disappeared and were not really able to help with advice on any tours or bookings. We didn’t receive the breakfast vouchers for two days. The cafe at the front for breakfast is very basic. Be prepared to buy elsewhere.
It was worrisome being at the end of a dark lane. I wouldn’t bring children or older people here as you needed to be very self sufficient here.
The hotel offered a great variety of Indonesian and western dishes for breakfast, plus coffees and teas, and juices. We enjoyed a clean and quiet room. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying here to friends and family.
