Pros:

The area has beautiful garden. Big swimming pool. The location is close to the beach (I'm not sure whether it's for swimming). Many places around to eat. The bathroom was big. The room had a balcony. AC was working properly.

Cons:

Every night cockroaches were visiting my room. In particular, the garbage bin as the door gap is big. The bed mattress is like a brick. The shower head was not working properly. No water was provided in the room. You need to go to the restaurant to pour yourself some water. No small towels. I am happy I didn't take breakfast as the restaurant looks like a canteen facing a swimming pool. All my breakfasts I had in a restaurant of other hotel with a nice sitting area. Some staff were acting a bit strange. Once I checked in a lady accompanied me to the room and was telling me briefly about the hotel and facilitaties. For some reason, she was not looking in my eye or face. I honestly thought she was blind. One day, I dropped my wallet in a nearby spa in other hotel so I asked our receptionist to call the police as I thought I lost it on our property. Well, she called everywhere but the police. Trying to get rid of me to not damage hotel's reputation. Overall, for the price I paid in Sanur, I was expecting a more pleasant stay.

I would come back here again
Pros:

The property is close to the beach and bicycle ride to town. It’s quiet and staff are lovely

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work, however I was moved to another room. My first room didn’t have a private balcony and was on the second floor. I much preferred the lower level room looking onto the pond with private sitting area.

Quiet part of sanur
Pros:

The staff are very helpful. I had a late check out & they were great about it

Perfecte locatie om na je vliegreis even tot rust te komen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor strand, restaurants en winkels. Super vriendelijk personeel. Lekker zwembad, superschone kamers met ruime buitenbadkamer.

Lovely staff, great pool, everything we needed, plus easy bike rentals

The staff were really lovely and welcoming, the room had everything we needed, the pool was great to relax in, and it was a nice bonus having pushbikes available to rent.

Cons:

The room had a musty smell, likely from condensation. The outdoor bathroom tended to attract cockroaches, and the built-in bidet didn’t feel very clean. Being on the ground floor, we kept our clothes on a rack in the bathroom, but something seemed to leak onto them, leaving an unpleasant smell.
