Nice place to Stay in Hue
Pros:

Lovely staff. The pool area and pool was nice. The Assistant Manager was very personable and helpful. Nice sky bar to watch the sun set over the Perfume River with a cold drink.

Cons:

The room was compact but comfortable. They tell you you can't bring in any food from outside, which is unusual. It was also a bit of a pain that you needed to use your room key to access the lifts. If one of you went to the pool, the other was left in the room with no power or a/c.

Pros:

Our family suite is large, has a living room 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 270º view ( both river and city view) . Really wonderful in this price!

The stay was nice and we would stay again.
Pros:

The room was really nice and the pool area was great to cool off in.

Cons:

The restraunt food quality was not good. we would not recommend eating there, we ate half our meal and left it to go eat somewhere else.

Good clean hotel

Great stay perfect location and facilities
Pros:

Great bed super comfortable including pillows, big selection of yummy food at breakfast and the location of the hotel was perfect for all the activities we did. Close to good restaurants and food, good view from sky bar. Pool is as great after a day of sightseeing and gym had good equipment and plenty of room even a speaker to Bluetooth your phone for some tunes.

Cons:

No aircon in gym but we survived

Hotel con diseño moderno, la habitación era muy bonita y la cama muy cómoda.
Nos tocó una habitación en el piso 14 y las vistas eran espectaculares.
Tiene piscina, lo cual es de agradecer después de un largo y caluroso día de excursión .
Desayuno muy variado.
También tiene un skybar con música en directo en la última planta, ideal para tomar una copa.
La ubicación es excelente.
El personal muy amable.
Es un hotel muy recomendable, repetiría sin dudar.

Lovely hotel but staff ruined it for us
Pros:

Great location and hotel was beautiful and felt very clean! Nice pool with lots of lounge chairs to enjoy. High floors make for a really gorgeous view of the city!

Cons:

Staff were not as friendly as other hotels in Vietnam. During breakfast, we told 2 different people that the soy milk was empty and we needed it for coffee as we are vegan. We were told to wait but neither one of them came back to follow up or communicate with us and eventually after about 25 mins we just left. The server at the pool was also not very friendly.
Breakfast was huge but it did not cater well to those with dietary restrictions, even everything vegetarian had either milk or eggs in it.

Great little hotel.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was nice, air condition was just right. Breakfast was good, not a large selection but decent enough. Overall, White Lotus is good and is a great stay.

Wonderful short stay in Hue
Pros:
