A gem of a palace if you are in the area.
Pros:

This hotel is a gem in a bit of an out-of-the-way location. The location suited our road trip and we were delighted with many aspects of the stay. The property itself is a lovely restoration of an old palacio. It is warm and charming inside. The evening meal and breakfast were both very satisfying; the menu is somewhat limited but this is a family run establishment and the food is freshly prepared. There is also a little terrace out front, delightful for a post-excursion beer or glass of vino. I found the prices to be very reasonable.

The room was super clean and bed was comfortable. The balcony was a nice touch although very hot in the Sept sun.

Jésus is the proprietor and was amazing. Super responsive when booking and very helpful in showing us the property and given us some top itinerary suggestions for our onward travels. He also looks after the ancient church next door and gave us a small tour of the church and small, well lighted crypt. Be sure to ask him for this as he is super proud!

A gem in the heart of Orísoain.
Pros:

Everything! The atmosphere, the building, bedroom size, shower, bed, the food, the professionalism of Jesús and family... we like it so much that it's our second stay! A little gem, well hidden but great. We'll return, that's for sure!
Plus if you happen to stay over the weekend you can have a drink with the locals at their "social club". Great people

Maravillosa estancia para estupendos recuerdos
Pros:

El lugar es maravilloso, la decoración, la energía, cada detalle transmite.
El enclave perfecto si quieres descubrir la provincia de Navarra en un establecimiento con encanto huyendo de la capital.
El desayuno y cena con una calidad de ingredientes fantásticos.
Estuvimos con nuestra perrita, todo estupendo tiene tasa de 6 euros día.
Jesús Manuel el propietario, servicial, atento amable, da fantásticas recomendaciones sobre que visitar en la zona, sería un lugar al que volver cada vez que se volviera a esta zona.

Pros:

El Palacio en si, es increíble. La habitación enorme y Jesús, el dueño, encantador. La comida era muy buena tambien. Es un pueblo pequeñito pero con muchas rutas alrededor para hacer paseos. Fuimos con nuestros 2 perros y todo estuvo genial. Muchas gracias Jesús.
