至れり尽くせりでした
Pros:

ウエルカムバーや、朝食がとても良かったです。鳥取の地酒や鳥取のカレー、大山の牛乳など、その土地柄でしか堪能できないものもあり、お土産にしようかなと考えたぐらいです。
また、初めての利用というところで、丁寧に説明をしてくださったり、エレベーターで上がる際には、「ごゆっくりおくつろぎくださいませ」（一言一句は覚えていませんが）チェックアウトする際は「行ってらっしゃいませ」と言った声かけ、お辞儀までされていてとても対応が良かったです。また、鳥取に行かせてもらった際には行きたいです！

住宿當天晚上打開行李，隔天早上要整理行李時，竟發現有好像是蟑螂的昆蟲從我的行李箱跑出來。這是我在旅途中住其他飯店所沒有遇見過的事～

Pros:

イオン水への取り組みが気に入った。ウェルカムドリンク、枕が選択できる、弁当を買いに行って温められる電子レンジがあることも素敵だった。
