Do not stay in this place. Terrible and the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

Terrible and dirty. Everything’s smells. The walls were dingy. There’s mold everywhere.

Girasole apartments (3 queen beds)
Pros:

Great location and a really nice view from the 8th floor — it's beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also has a few small shops where you can conveniently buy essentials. The outdoor pool was nice, and having beach chairs available was a great bonus. The apartment itself was very bright and spacious. Overall, a great place to stay if the management do something with drawbacks I described below.

Cons:

Management should definitely improve the cleaning, as previous reviews also mentioned this issue, but unfortunately it seems nothing has changed. One of the three beds did not appear to have fresh linens — we found some spots and hairs on it. Luckily, we did not need to use that bed much. There were also several used artificial eyelashes left near the sink from previous guests, something that would have been very easy to notice during proper cleaning.

That said, if management addresses the cleaning issues, everything else would definitely be 5 stars in terms of price and quality. The apartment itself and overall experience were otherwise very good.

B t muy nada sastifecha las Regla’s del hotel han cambiado mucho . La ducha solo agua fria solo 2 tohayas empercudias , me dieron solo 2 manillas para poder pasar à la pissina y le describing a buki y no me dieron mas ninguna fue mi hijo con sus 2 ninos de visita y no pudieron ir à la pissina porq no tenian manillas eso nunca había pasado y está ves me paso , me pidieron 100 dólares para si se rompia algo o surgical algun accidente en la habitación y nunca me los reembolsaron y no paso nada ,malisima Atencion por parte d las CDP de la pissina muy grosseras no mustang nada d educacion . Yo siempre había ido pero este es mi último viaje allí , no lo recomiendo . Gracias

Mucha rectitud y mala Atencion la habitación sin agua caliente el aire no enfriaba casi no tenía papel tohalla solo 2 Pallas no dejan pasar à la pissina a ningun invitado . Y me pidieron 100 dólares en fondo como gargantua hasta mi salida y NO me los reembolsaron nunca , muy discontenta , no regresare allí y no lo recomiendo

Cons:

The rooms are veryyyy hot air does not work. Water the sink & tub did not properly work. No service in the rooms at all. Asked maintenance multiple of times to come no one came, even asked if i could pay extra to change rooms no one got back to me. Very unprofessional & bad experience
