Pros:

Das Hotel ist etwas oberhalb der Hauptstrasse ruhig gelegen. Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Wir wurden persönlich und herzlich von der Hotelbesitzerin begrüsst.
- Auf meinen Wunsch nach einem ruhigen, abgelegenen Zimmer (wir hatten eine anstrengende Zeit hinter uns) wurde verständnisvoll eingegangen. Es war so schön ruhig und ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Betten verfügen über gute stützende Matratzen, nicht hart.
- Das Frühstück - es bestand aus zahlreichen (auch regionalen) Köstlichkeiten, die es zu entdecken gab. Obwohl wir Zuhause auf den Kaffee-Vollautomaten schwören, schmeckte uns der Filter Kaffee sehr gut. Das Buffet ist nicht überladen und wird immer wieder mit frischen Zutaten aufgefüllt. Die Gäste schienen dies zu schätzen - es war auf den Tellern kaum liegen gelassenes Essen zu finden.
- Die Frühstücks Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer war ein Traum. Es gibt zwischen den Gebäuden zahlreiche Bäume mit Früchten, auch Palmen und Blumen. Vögel verschiedener Art fühlen sich darin wohl.
- Das überaus nette und fleissige Personal. Die Reinigungs Frauen waren top hilfsbereit, alles immer blitzsauber.
- Im ganzen Hotel war eine zufriedene und ruhige Atmosphäre zu spüren.
- Unterhalb des Hotels gibt es einen Supermarkt. Gut für Getränke für unterwegs oder Proviant, auch Pflegeprodukte und regionale Produkte.
- In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels gibt's einen Strand, der sich fürs Baden - und Schnorcheln eignet. Er ist klein, aber mit klarem Wasser. Im Hotel gibt es (,solange es hat) Sonnenschirme.
Ganz in der Nähe gibt's Strände mit Strandstühle und Liegen, die mit Konsumationsgutschriften beglichen werden können.

Cons:

Nichts - ausser dass die Tage so schnell vergangen sind.

Tutto è andato come volevamo. Lo staff ci ha aiutati tantissimo. ci ha dato consigli su tutto.
Pros:

Ottima e abbondante colazione, dolce e salata. Ampia scelta di cibi e bevande. Il tutto con una bellissima vista sul mare. La struttura è vicina al paese, al diving center, a tantissime spiagge. Con l'auto si può andare ovunque in poco tempo. parcheggio gratuito e sempre disponibile davanti all'hotel.

Cons:

Non ho niente di cui lamentarmi.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The sea view is beautiful, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is varied.
The location is also great, with many interesting places to visit in the surrounding area.
We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. We highly recommend this place!

Pros:

It was a nice view on the terrace but if you didn’t buy anything you cannot sit there. It was rather motel not hotel, good for one night but far away from the port and centre of Ouranoupoli.

Cons:

The location was poor- far away from the center and port, far away from the beach . Motel not hotel…

Wonderful stay – highly recommended!
Pros:

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Filoxenia in Ouranoupoli (14–17 August). We were absolutely delighted with everything. The room was very clean, comfortable and pleasant, and the location was excellent. The hosts were exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful, and we truly felt at home.

The food at the restaurant is 10 of 10, and the beautiful terrace and sea view made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend the club sandwich, the pizza, and the Greek salad — all were delicious!
Everything was well organized, and the hospitality was outstanding.

We are more than satisfied with our stay and would happily return to Hotel Filoxenia. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ouranoupoli, especially pilgrims travelling to Mount Athos.

If you are planning a pilgrimage to Mount Athos and would like your wife and children to have a wonderful time while they wait for you to return, Hotel Filoxenia in Ouranoupoli should definitely be at the top of your list.

Tres bon sejour, mont Athos impressionnant

Trés agréable
Pros:

très bon acueil, chambre trés bien, hotel proche à pied d'une jolie plage et à 20 mn à pied de Ouranopoli et du port pour les bateaux du mont Athos.
