Sehr gut, es war alles perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal (egal ob Gepäckträger, Rezeption oder die, die das Frühstück aufs Zimmer bringen).
Frühstück kann am Vortag ausgesucht werden und wird zum gewählten Zeitpunkt direkt auf die Terrasse gebracht.
Whirlpools werden täglich überprüft und sind perfekt von der Temperatur.
Zimmer ist sauber und wie eine kleine kuschelige Höhle :).
Rezeption organisiert, wenn gewünscht Transporte auf Aufpreis ist jedoch jeden Cent wert. Die Männer die den Koffer transportieren, transportieren ihn vom Transport bis ins Hotel und umgekehrt.
Wir waren super zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Ist sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Partly my fault that I booked cozy suite, very little room for storing clothes. Maybe more suited to a shorter stay than 7 days
The sunsets are absolutely beautiful. The staff who delivered food were hardworking and friendly, although they occasionally forgot items. The breakfast was also very good. However, while the service was excellent on the first day, it gradually became worse as our stay went on.

For anyone considering staying here, I’d like to share my experience. Overall, for €300 per night, you can definitely find a much better hotel. Here are the reasons:
Before check-in, the hotel does not proactively inform guests that the address listed on Booking.com is incorrect. You have to contact them yourself to figure out where to go.
The room shown in the photos is different from the actual room. The real accommodation feels more like a B&B, where several rooms are squeezed into a small shared space.
Both the indoor and outdoor pools are much smaller than they appear in the photos. They are only about the size of a small plunge pool and are not spacious at all.
During our four-night stay, we had multiple nights where we could not sleep because of noise outside the room. The rooms are extremely close together. We could hear our neighbors talking on the phone, and staff were constantly walking in and out nearby.
There is very little privacy. Staff have keys and can enter your room at any time. One afternoon, they entered while we were taking a nap and startled us awake.
Housekeeping threw away some of our personal belongings without our permission. When we reported it to the front desk, they simply said they would be more careful in the future. If you decide to stay here, I strongly recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.
The balcony outside the rooms is shared. One table is in front and another is behind, so not every guest gets the unobstructed view shown in the photos. You essentially have to take turns enjoying the view. There are also tourists and local teenagers passing through the area. Some of them even harassed guests staying here, and the staff did nothing to address the situation.
There were spider webs in the corners of the room, and at night we had to wake up to kill mosquitoes. The mosquitoes were a constant nuisance during our stay (June 2nd, summer season).
The room felt very damp and had a musty smell.
Amazing views of the Caldera from hotel facilities, such as the pool and bar as well as from our suite.
All staff were so welcoming and helpful and provided us with a welcome drink and snack served on our balcony suite.
The staff organised our transfers from the port and to the airport as well as any excursions we asked about. Porters were always friendly and available to assist with baggage after transfer drop off and pick up.
A lovely touch was having a delicious breakfast served each day on our balcony suite.
Could not fault this accommodation.
Athina Aperto suites is the perfect place to relax in Santorini for a few days. The location is great - next to ample restaurants and shops. Like other travellers have mentioned, the view from the suite was amazing and seeing the sunset each night from the comfort of our room was unmatched. The breakfast was a highlight for us because there were vast options and delicious every morning. Not only that, the staff were lovely and always there to help. I really couldn't recommend this place more!

Great location, near the center of town, but just out of the way for great privacy.

Der Indoor Jacuzzi hat die ganze Zeit Geräusche gemacht, es war ein chlorgeschmack vorhanden. Den Jacuzzi im Zimmer kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Ausserdem gab es keine Trennwand oder Tür zwischen Waschbecken und Dusche. Der ganze Boden wurde nass. Und der Boden ist sehr schlüpfrig.
Amazing views. The staff was as pleasant as can be great location. The main thing was just feeling Welcome immediately when you got there, they came and picked up our bags gave us good advice on where to go and were always available when we needed help. Even when I was asking for wine or a club around 2 AM.
It would’ve been nice if the hot tub was a bit hotter and a little bit more space within the suite. No big deal, though I still soaked in the tub.
We enjoyed the cave honeymoon suite which had lots of space a spectacular view and it was beautifully appointed.
Lots of small uneven stairs but we were aware of this when booking and it was worth it for the location and view.
Also it was challenging to find reception whilst lugging our luggage with us.
Better signage is required as Aperto Suites have recently merged with the Athina Luxury Suites.
We were not made aware that they both shares the same reception/check in area.

Die Lage einzigartig, ein absoluter Traum. Die Mitarbeitende sehr zu vorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit der Kulisse der Caldera, kaum zu überbieten.
Nichts - es war alles perfekt, was man von einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie erwarten kann.
The views, the cleanliness and staff were really friendly. The breakfast was beautiful and well presented, sent straight to our room
I like the location. It was a 5-6 minute walk to the shops & restaurants. The hospitality was great, and how relaxing the accommodation made me feel.
For the room I booked everything was phenomenal, my concern was just how the showers were built.
Because the shower was more open, it made taking a shower real messy. Every time I’d shower, the water would literally go everywhere in the bathroom area.
I know it’s out of the staffs’ ability, because that’s how the layout was designed. Again, it’s just my personal opinion. Otherwise, it’s a really beautiful place:)

Amazing locations. Lovely staff and helpful. Very clean. Loved the pool in the room. Good value for money. Complimentary breakfast was amazing
The chlorine in the pool can ruin your hair even if you don’t swim, so be aware. Very small and compacts room. Light switches were confusing. Very steep wall down and up to get to location, not good for elderly people or people in wheel chairs.
