Super hotel, super service, super location
Pros:

This was our second stay and I find this hotel impeccable. It’s modern, lovely design but feels warm and very welcoming. The staff is efficient and polite. The breakfast is perfect with friendly, profesional service. The food is delicious. Hotel rooms are on a small side but well organised and very comfortable. It’s a brilliant location, although very touristy. Not the prettiest part of London but super convenient to get anywhere from here. Many attractions/ monuments/ museums at the short walking distance.

Cons:

Only little note that there isn’t a good selection of non alcoholic drinks at the bar downstairs.

Non è UN SUPER BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Cons:

Stanza sporca non adeguata per un 5 stelle “super boutique hotel”!!! Nella stanza tappeto sporco, divano sporco e macchiato, davanzale della finestra sporco!!! Fatto presente lo stato non adeguato della stanza al Reception Manager, Rafael Goncalves ,il quale ha fatto finta di nulla e ha liquidato con un semplice “ha ragione”!!!

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. I had a wonderful spa treatment.

Cons:

Minor issue with key cards not working well. Room was ok for one but would have been cramped for two.
