Great stay
Pros:

Wonderful facilities, great spacious gym with modern equipment. super comfortable room with comfy bed. Good housekeeping. We were able to check in early with no added costs. The pool area is also very nice.

Cons:

The pool area is very nice, just the pool is closing at 10 pm and already at 9:30 they walk around and start telling people the door from the pool will be locked 5 minutes before 10 pm. It feels like they just wanted to have their shift done soon. I think at this level of hotel, the customer should always be first and not warned this way.

Our room had windows into the courtyard, and it feels dark all day even though it was super sunny when we were visiting, we didn't mind, but I think some people might not like that. So if this is your case, ask for a room with a view to the street/city.

Very comfortable stay in the heart of London
Pros:

Felt comfortable from arrival with very warm and welcoming reception staff who gave the genuine impression they were pleased to welcome you to the hotel rather than being data entry clerks.
Room facilities were excellent.
