The design, location, comfort and cleanliness. We didn’t get a chance to try the roof top bar/ restaurant but we heard it was highly rated. Loved the Residence concept. I think we enjoyed London more this time mostly because we stayed at the Londoner.
Closet space in our Deluxe double was almost nonexistent, we called down and they sent us a clothes rack which helped immensely. There was a lack of turn-down service which I didn’t get. When I called down to ask if it’s included in their system they said yes but not once on the three nights was there a turn down service.
All the staff are amazing, warm, friendly, attentive to small details.
Got a complimentary drink voucher because it was my birthday. Loved the room, it was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and spacious. Bed was super comfy, couldn’t believe how well i slept.
Breakfast tasted fresh, food was hot. Even when brought to the room quality of food and temperature was amazing! As well as dinner!
The location of the hotel is amazing, many food places within walking distance, surrounded by cinemas. It rained the day before I had to leave but luckily the hotel provided a complimentary umbrella in the room to use during your stay, which i thought was quite nice.
Definitely will be staying here again, loved every single experience!
The only thing that I unfortunately did not like was during dinner at the whitcombs restaurant it was extremely cold in the restaurant due to the AC, spoke to a waiter who said that a few people have complained about it being cold and they have spoken to maintenance about the AC. Food was lovely and tasty regardless, love that it came out super fresh and hot. Wish i could have stayed longer after dinner, maybe visited their bar but literally could not wait to finish eating to get back to my room and warm up.
Also rooms have AC but I wish they had heating in the rooms as well. but staff are lovely and will happily bring up a small heater if you call reception and request.
Very friendly staff,spa was very relaxing. Room was comfortable.
Breakfast was quite hectic and we had an issue with our order. When this was raised with staff ,they were very apologetic and concerned to put things right.
Location,location,location! absolutely Wonderfull, in the middle of town yet very quite rooms. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. we really enjoyed the breakfast options and the private room for guest only. Would recommend staying here.
the only thing is that in the room roomservice only put one toothbrush, but we stayed with two people, so I would just pay attention next time on the amount of people staying in a room and then put enough toiletries .
