Pros:

La proximité de la gare, de l'arrêt de l' Alibus. L'emplacement, la chambre était au calme : elle donnait sur une cours intérieure (sans la voir, car il y a une double façade pour dissimuler les clims)
L'emplacement est le point fort de cet hôtel.

Cons:

L'adresse ne correspond pas, l'entrée de l'hôtel est dans la rue perpendiculaire (l'immeuble où est l'hôtel fait angle de rue). Vous vous retrouvez devant une porte cochère fermée, et sans sonnette pour l'hôtel.
J'ai été déçu de la taille et de l'équipement dans la chambre, un lit king size dans une chambre si petite, la tv un écran géant de salon (aucun intérêt), et on a juste la place de poser une valise.

Déçu de la douche italienne, un pommeau de douche orienté à l'opposé de la porte coulissante. La clim manque de puissance, un bon nettoyage ferait du bien (mais vu où sont placés les blocs extérieurs, bon courage au prestataire).
Le wifi, c'est à oublier, on a la connexion mais pas d'internet.

Pros:

Praticamente niente. Sono arrivato di tarda serata, faccio il checkin e mi trovo una camera disordinata con asciugamani usati, letto usato, 3 bottiglie d’acqua sul tavolo usato con una puzza di cibo. Mai mi è capitato una cosa simile. Alla fine il receptionist mi ha mandato in un altro albergo sempre di loro molto più decente però non dovrebbe succedere una cosa del genere, se non c’erano altre disponibilita che facevo, rimanevo lì. Esperienza pessima

Nearly perfect
Pros:

Hotel was great with great location near train station . Staff and breakfast where really good

Cons:

Wasn't easy to find . Wasn't told to go to hotel st agnell when we booked it . There was only a small sign outside. That was the only fault

a localização era muito boa. com tudo perto , mesmo ao lado da estação de comboio napoli central.

a simpatia dos funcionários no geral era muito agradável.

Cons:

os lençóis estavam demasiados sujos, amarelados mesmo.

as toalhas também não eram o mais branco possível, estavam amareladas e não cheiravam muito a limpo.

o pequeno almoço faltava alguma qualidade da parte dos funcionários.

Pros:

It was clean and very near at the train station.

Cons:

When we finished checking in, the room wasn’t ready yet. We waited for almost an hour but fortunately the receptionist gave us another room. There were so many people in front of the hotel so it was a bit scary and noisy but we managed to sleep anyway.

The staff, rooms and location for this hotel was great for it's overall cost for a family of 4.
Pros:

The location was convenient in the center of the city near the train station. It was easy to get around and get a taxi when needed. The room was overall a good size and accommodated a family of 4 with a queen bed and 2 full, real, double beds that were not pull-out couches or sofas. The bathroom was large and the shower was great! Breakfast was included and met the needs. There was a restaurant on site with good food, good service and good drinks. We were even able to see fireworks from our room windows.

Cons:

The location was a little hard to find using google maps. There were a few different entries and it was not clear where the entrance was. Since it was close to the train station, there was a lot of activity and not being familiar with the area, I was unsure of the safety. The room location was across the courtyard from the main hotel which seemed a little strange, but overall was fine. It was our first time in Europe as a family so we were unsure of what to expect.
