The room has a lot of cockroaches. The bathroom smells bad, and the toilet flush drains very slowly like it’s clogged. The water heater is not functioning properly and the temperature cannot be adjusted. The air conditioner is also warm — maybe it hasn’t been serviced

If you want high ratings, you need to invest in improving all these facilities. The price is reasonable, but too many things are not okay. The staff are friendly and doing their job well, but the facilities are not something the staff can fix — the management or owner should take responsibility for improving them.
