たまたま学生の団体が宿泊していて、
お風呂の時間が重なると脱衣所や洗い場は
ゆっくり使えないストレスがありました。
またフロアも同じで、廊下で騒ぐ声も
ストレスになりました。
チエックインのときに、団体が宿泊している
旨のアナウンスがあると、お互いに気持ちよく
宿泊できるかもしれません。

Location, location, location
Pros:

The location is right next to the Watanabe-dori, give or take the main street in Fukuoka. A few minutes walk to the first Yatai, and close to Yakuin train and Watanabe-dori metro stations, and about at most 15 minutes walk to Tenjin station. Also walkable to Canal City and if you wish Hakata station. The hotel has a classy ambiance and a nice triple room.

Cons:

The room had that persistent lingering past smokers smell. The bath could use some caulking to isolate the wall from water leaking there. Not complaint worthy for us though.

Pros:

地點位置非常好，距離係渡邊通地下鐵站2分鐘便到，一出一間超級市場兩間便利店。步行大約10至15分鐘就去到柳橋連合市場，早上10點已經可以去食魚生飯。步行20分鐘亦可去到天神南區、天神高速巴士站、天神地下街、三越…等等百貨公司。
我住嘅係三人房差不多有31 平方米，非常之寬敞可以同時間打開三個行李篋都仲有好多空間行走。
酒店服務：大堂飲水機可以自助斟水茶包供應咖啡機自助飲用，非常貼心。
有提供早到寄存行李或者退房之後寄存行李。有浴場，夜晚可以返去浸吓都幾舒服。洗衣五部洗衣機、五部乾衣機，人多嘅時候等候時間都唔需要等好耐（房間電視機可以看到洗衣機、乾衣機、浴場及餐廳的設施情況）
每2日，酒店便更換床鋪，另外房間洗手間，已經有牙刷牙膏剃鬚刨、梳、頭髮橡筋和毛巾，一般日用品嘅供應。
因為天氣前台，亦都仲係一啲鹽糖比酒店客人享用（超級細心。
