I spent about a week and a half in the hotel and I was glad to having had stayed here.
Pros:

The hotel felt comfortable and homely and the location was great. But to me the most remarkable was the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful… and they’re very attentive. Shut out to Berkay for recommending and helping me booking transport and activities for my short trip to Cappadocia and Selim for nice conversation and helping with ease during my check out. Though, honestly, the other staffs were so helpful too and nice to talk with overall.

Cons:

I wish the time for the breakfast was somewhat longer than just until 10:30.

Pros:

Очень чисто и уютно, всё новое. Отличное месторасположение: все достопримечательности в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Выявила несколько минусов, но это совсем некритично: в ванной отсутствует крючок для полотенца; вода и чайник есть, но нет чашек; не было пульта от кондиционера.
Так как я останавливалась всего на сутки, всё вышеперечисленное не сильно меня беспокоило. Плюсов гораздо больше.

Локация удобная и к площади и к побережью

Удобное местоположение, уютный атель, персанал вежливый, русскоговорящий администратор очень вежливый приветливый готов помочь с любым вопросом. Советую остановиться в данном ателе и цены очень даже приемлемые

Otelin sürekli olarak temiz olması konumu ve sessizliği ayrıca yeni olması çok iyiydi...

Highly recommended stay in a super little hotel, close to Sultanahmet
Pros:

Great hotel in an excellent location to Sultanahmet. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional, helping me in making all my arrangements.
Really good breakfast to fuel your day and a terrace with beautiful views over the Bosphorus. Hotel very clean and comfortable having been newly renovated so everything is brand new! Makes a big difference. I’ll be back.

Cons:

We booked and paid for this hotel (we also received messages from the hotel regarding our stay), however after spending an hour trying to find the hotel, a local resident told us it was closed. Luckily we managed to find another hotel who had the same owner and the receptionist called the owner - there was no compensation offered for either having the hotel advertised, accepting a booking or wasting our time. Not sure if this issue falls to the hotel or booking.com but apparently it has been closed for 6 months!!

La localisation a 20 minutes a pied de l embarcadère d Eminonu, tres pratique pour prendre les bateaux et sillonner Istanbul, le Bosphore, et faire un tour aux îles de Prince
